Re: Monday morning
Ah I am very careful I only have [or try to] one cuppa a day, I drink water the rest of the time oh except when it is a glass of wine forgot that Jan Has anyone got a cure for years of sleepless nights, no pills, I am willing to give anything a try well must go a get ready for singing should hear me sing love Janet xx
Re: Monday morning
Have you tried Kalms or Calms Janet, Mike's Mum was having real problems with sleepless nights and waking up at all hours, she tried it for a couple of weeks and it got her back into a regular sleep pattern, might be worth a try for a little while, I think it's a relaxant rather than like a sleeping pill. Alternatively you could try reading David Beakham's book, I brought it about 5 years ago and still haven't got past the first chapter it is like a sleep aid and I'm not joking it really does send me to sleep, unlike Jonny Wilkinsons who I read and couldn't put down until I had finished it
Re: Monday morning
Oh how I wish I could have had that cuppa earlier today
Another bad day and that coffee would have been like nectar
Never mind, Jan if there is any of thise biccies left and the coffee is still on offer..............
I will have a cup of very strong coffee, milk and 2 sugar and don't forget the biccie
Darned the calories I deserve a treat!
Just a thought but is there any cake anywhere or am I pushing my luck?

Re: Monday morning
WOW!
That is some cake!!!
It would be so easy to make as well
Jan your mouth would be really sore after eating a slice of that!
Though I must confess , like you, I tend to eat my maltesers in the same way
But wouldn't the pain be worth it

Re: Monday morning
Me too but the way my weight has been rocketing lately I will have enough trouble trying to get through Christmas
Still looks good though
I have seen the day when I would have looked at something like that and had a go at making it
May be as well I can't now

Nice cake - shame about the Malteesers!
I love chocolate but not malt (unless its single malt whisky) so I don't like them. I don't like white chocolate either and prefer dark chocolate anyway. Continental chocolate of all types are my real fav
Re: Monday morning
I don't like white chocolate either, think it stems from the mess that children get into when they eat it and it is smeared all over theirs faces and their hands and it stinks ewwwwwwwwwww
