Update on Jayne

That's great news, so glad she's improving again

Jayne has made improvements over the past few days and the hospital think they have got the septacemea under control at long last and it is clearing from her system

That's good news! So glad the infection is clearing and that she is continuing to make good progress even if it is very slow. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Thats good news Jan, heres hoping she is on the road to recovery and that the infection soon clears up god bless

Really good news Jan.

Jayne has had a good weekend and although not made much more progress she got through setback Saturday (what I called Saturdays because that always seemed to be the day she had major setbacks)
Carrie left today to go back to Ireland, she should be there around lunchtime tomorrow I so wished I was going with her but at the moment its not possible have to build the funds back up and at least with Carrie there Dean will be happy,he wanted to come back with us for the week but no passport so he couldnt but will make sure he gets one so he can come over here. I know the weather is back here today but its the weather that ios the one thing that puts me off Ireland, if it was like here I would live there no problem

Glad she is still doing well Nice for Dean to have Carrie over there with him too What a shame he hasnt got a passport but then he would be missing school too and you are working. Hope Jayne carries on going from strength to strength - hugs to you Jan Weather rotten here today

They had half term as well last week Jacky so he would have only missed a couple of days

Of course, should have realised that with Martin being off too

It is a shame that Dean cannot get over it would do the lad good to get away for a wee while
But great that Carrie has managed back over
At least she will be there for him and somehow cousins seem to be the best to be with each other in that situation
I know that if there is any problems within our family the cousins do tend to take a lot of comfort from each other no matter what the age difference

Right wasnt hoping I would have to put anymore gloom on here but Jayne has been asleep for a couple days now, she opened her eyes momentarily yesterday but is not with it at all, the hospital arent sure why as medically she should be awake. Now it could be that her body is using its own resources to recover all the trauma it has gone through over the past weeks we dont know but that is the theory I am sticking by at the moment
Oops almost forgot Carrie arrived safely, she said she slept almost all the way there and even had to be woken up on the ferry by one of the crew because she was asleep, she stayed awake all the night before she eft so she would be really tired for the journey and sleep most of , almost slept to much of it lol

After all she's been through I'm not surprised her body is 'resting' They often induce comas to aid recovery so perhaps its a good thing. I'm sure, when she's ready, she'll be wide awake and talking.

Sending loads of positive thoughts and prayers. Thinking of you all and hope the news will soon be better again.

I think Jane is right there Jan, hope for more positive news very soon but will keep sending the positive vibes and prayers to you both

Ok doom and gloom over, Jacky knows already but Jayne has woken up and is a bit moody but hey if shes moody thats fine I cant say I havent seen her moody before lol
She is off the dialsys for the time being may need occasionally to put her back on it but only for a short time, she is breathing 4 out of 11 breathes herself but has to be reminded to at times but the news this evening certainly is a lot more promising

I'm so glad she is on the up and up again Jan Moody you can definitely handle after all you have been through over the last few weeks he he, she's most probably been building it up to get back at that stupid doctor she had earlier on
