Good morning ladies from a very wet Dover, why oh why does it always seem to rain at the weekends and then tomorrow when its back to work the blooming sun will come out grrrr
Had a very lazy day yesterday and did well exactly nothing and was great albeit a bit annoying that I didnt get anything done but hey ho

we have sunshine as well!! And I shall be doing the same as Andrea... got to sort out the washing basket. I think it must be Keith who makes all the washing!!
He is still in hospital, but hopefully coming out tomorrow. He paid almost £200 for a private appointment, and now cant get hold of the Dr in question .. he rang 3 times on Friday wanting to speak to him or his secretary... no-one phoned back. Now it seems he still has to wait, despite being promised that something could be done within 2 weeks.
So usual sunday stuff for me today.
Better go and get myself sorted to go down to mum's... she will be coming up here for lunch later.

Morning Jan, Andrea, Karen and all who follow. The sun is out here toady too so I will also be doing the final lot of washing. I might also take some of the wet things from around the house and put them out on the line too. I got 2 baskets full of ironing done yesterday but the pile still doesn't seem to have gone down

I'm off to take Michaela to Junior Church in a bit then back home and maybe make a few cards or ATCs.

Well it's dull and grey skies here today with the threat of rain.... am doing the washing but will have to rely on tumbler!

Hi Everyone , so far been an exhausting weekend ! Had abusy day yesturday , was at a womans conference which was great and very entertaining ! Then in the evening went o a cgarity quiz night , what a laugh , it included supper of fish and chips , and we all took drinks and snacks well we went with Ian and Kathryn and a load of friends from church .... we all stuffed our faces and bidded for strange things and had a great night , got home at midnight ! I could not get up this morning and had a thumping head .....own fault too much wine !!! feel bloated and sick this am , so kept my head down and dropped Dulcie off at church this am ! Could not face it ! SO Iam half way through the vacumming and had to stop.... what a wimp ... used to be a heavy weight with wine , well I suppose nearly 2 bottles last night to my self .......I DESERVE ALL i GET !!!!!
so today is defnetly after the vacumming a very lazy day .......enjoy everyone ! :a

Anyone watch BGT last night , we missed it but watched it on you tube the Ricky Gervases look alike , guy Tim , known him for years and Dulcie best friends wih his sisters kids ! Thought he was excellent hope he does really well , as he has had a rotton few years , his youngest daughter has some dreadful kidney problem ,and is very poorly , he and his wife split up recently and he has had terrible trouble wih one eye had loads of operations etc and on top of everyhing is a lovely chap !

I must admit I though the Chippendoubles were fab Lexie...specially the Will Smith...I had to laugh when Dulcies mate did the Office dance tho!!! I creased up! I am pretty sure the Will Smith and the David Beckham looky likes were on Dragon's Den a while back! I lkaughed out loud when the You're So Vain record came on...you just knew the last one was gonna be a Simon-a-like!!!

Have put 8 new cards in my gallery... not sure on some of them so would love an opinion or two if you have time.....!

Had lunch, Amy and I are playing Mario Kart and mum is sleeping!!

Josh is downstairs playing Mario Cart and Michaela, Kayleigh and a friend are upstairs singing on the X-Box (anyone got and decent earplugs )

Having a lazy day...........for once. Made my 'Summertime Blues' card and the ATCs for this month will try to get them in the post tomorrow.

Busy week. Teaching Monday followed by shopping and aerobics. At an exhibition all day Tuesday. Working in the church office Wednesday and filling the fridge for Clive as on Thursday I'm off to stay with a friend till Sunday (Clive's birthday)

Off to a friends for afternoon tea - how civilized! Had a love chat with the family as it's Mother's Day doen Under. Got some lovely pictures of the girls at the local wildlife park (a warm (25) autumnal day for them) Grey, drizzling and cold here.

Having a lazy day. Did card swap yesterday will post tomorrow, and today have been playing with ATCs. Just put them in the bin as I didn't like them! Cold here as well just been and put the heating on. Off for a cuppa now.

Mick took over the housework then I slobbed out till Ian came round then we tried to enstall new decoder as its been in box for ages , he was useless worse han me , eventually useful neighbour sored it !!! worth the bottle of wine .....never drinking again ... well till next weekend !! Then it was time to sort Dollie ou then watched some telly then took Dollie home and where has the weekend gone !!! Hope everyone is ok and sending hugs to hose who need !
