Good morning everyone. I managed to get most of the hedge cut yesterday and it looks so much better now. I just have the far end of the garden to do now but that is so much thicker and taller as it is where the hedge mixes with the next door but one neighbour. I was going to go out and do some more today but it's raining so it looks like I will be doing the ironing today

Well its a good job I hadnt planned a BBQ today for my mum's birthday lunch... its raining!!! Got my balloons, sprinkly things and cake at the ready. Forgot the serviettes though, so I am sure we can 'borrow' some from the restaurant.
Really looking forward to today, will be nice to have a get together with all of mum's friends.
It might be dull out, but its quite warm.

What a change in the weather and not what the forecast said. We had planned a day in the garden but not any more!

Morning ladies it started off wet here but has brightened uop and we have occasional sunny spells , managed to stay in bed for a bit longer but am starting to fade again . Enjoy you day whatever you are doing and Karen hope the weather stays dry for you.

Afternoon all,

Well we spent the afternoon painting fences in the garden yesterday.... and then woke up to the pitter patter of rain this morning! It has brightened up a bit this afternoon tho...so it's a bit chillier but still nice enough x

Hope everyone is ok today, I am a bit stiff in the hand and shoulder from too much painting yesterday!

We had a lovely day out with the girls, they played crazy golf, went in the amousements and also enjoyed lunch out on the seafront. Then we came back and got in a total mess with fence stain!! LOL

Spend most of yesterday afternoon tidying the craft room and sorting out stuff for a sale in 2 weeks time. I've also bagged up nearly 200 card samples from the last few years. I plan to sell them and any leftovers can go to charity next year. My son treated us to a lovely early birthday lunch at an Italian restaurant in Cheam. They're watching the footie - surprise, surprise....... which I catch up on here.

Bit late but better than never ! Worked on saturday in the shop which I enjoyed , some lovely things in the shop , I only secummed to a few ( !!!!???) sheets of paper mmmm yummmy ...sad I KNOW !
In the evening we had been invited to our friends very last min , but to be honest I really could'nt be bothered and Dulcie was being pretty vile , has done since I informed her no treats till the car damage is paid for ! SO she had a pretty huge strop most of the weekend ! we dropped her at her friends this morning and we went to Micks sisters , and collected her on the way home ! she would of been bored out of her head with us , but we had a nice time .... and so did she at her friends !
'THEY' got the weather wrong today , did'nt they??? But turned out ok late afternoon , speak tomorrow !
