Took a pill on the Tuesday morning and two hours later collapsed in the hairdressers (who apparently thought I was going to die!) and ended up in hospital by ambulance. Needless to say I will not be taking those again! I got over the worst effects by the Saturday but didn't really feel OK until end of last week and even now still feel very tired at times. Hope I have fully recovered by end of the month as we are off to Canada and the States to see the autumn colours and it won't be very restful as travelling a lot.

Sue... sorry to hear about you ending up in hospital - whatever tablets they were, sound very strong!
Take it easy and you have your holiday to look forward to .
We went to Vermont in the 'fall' years ago, and it was beautiful to see all the different colours.

Oh Sue - that sounds horrendous. Hope you get the medication sorted soon and are able to enjoy your holiday in the States/Canada

Thanks for all your good wishes. Certainly feel better than I did. Been to Drs this morning and he's given me some different pills to try but told him I'm not starting them tomorrow as I'm going back to the hairdressers to get my hair finished! Very glad they hadn't started the perm a fortnight ago - might have had bald patches by now
