White Wednesday

Good morning all Very cold outside this morning and very frosty. Thought I would get on here early then turn the computer off and get on with the cards I was going to do yesterday. I have 2 birthday cards to make and post before the 29th and on for the 27th.

I am having all sorts a trubble with my blasted PC again, 2 blue screens this morning..... maybe I will see how the finances are just after christmas.... would start playing up just as I need to be making wedding invites!!!

I can get the little boxes for notifications, messages and friend requests but the rest of the page is blank, wont even give me the links for Home and Profile....

I did an Adobe Reader update first thing this morning.... but surely that would affect all the graphics.....

No idea whats going on... PC seems to be running ok.....

I would restart your computer Lou sometimes that helps and brings the links back

Its a lovely bright, fresh frosty morning.
Just got back from the Drs with Mum. Feeling a little better about things. He has referred her on to the Hospital - I have all the paperwork to make the appointment. I reckon before long I will be a qualified Dr
Having 10 minutes on the puter... before I start tidying up. Dogs have gone back today - thank goodness! Floors, carpets are all getting a scrub/clean!
Keith has gone off to hospital regarding more injections.
I havent had problems with FB, but have had problems on here this morning... I can see the General Threads, but when I click on a thread I get a white screen and nothing seems to load - think there are gremlins around!

Good plans never seem to work out - as Martin went out to work he shouted that he had run out of milk and had had to use my "watery milk" as he calls it I was so cross as I had noticed that we were getting short but my milk would have lasted me until tomorrow and he can get milk 2 mins walk away at the garage. They don't sell skimmed milk there but as he had used mine, it meant I had to go down into town to get some and on a Wednesday the dates aren't great. It was no point in getting 4 pint bottle as it only had 4 days to go and I don't drink a pint a day whereas the full cream milk went to 4th December. It seems to be the same every Wednesday and they get more in on a Thursday. Don't know why they don't get less skimmed in then and then more later in the week like they do with the full cream one So now I have come home, had a cuppa, read the paper I wouldn't have had, and got nothing done. Needed to go on the computer to vent my frustration. Better now I felt so good this morning too.

Hope your computer is just AOL trouble Lou. I haven't had any problem, although I thought I was having problems just now when I was coming on the forum but the computer was updating something.

Good Morning all you lovely people for msgs of support , Iam Mrs Angrey this morning , Iam soooooooo angrey with EAST Sussex LEA if I had a gun I'd shot the lot of them , not very Christian I know but how much more are we suppose to endure !!I dare'nt get on the phone , otherwise they will have me locked up ! Have to say ex is dealing with it calmly , but he's furious and am to talk to them we've theatened them with solicitors and alsorts , I don't blame the school at all , everyone knows that these places are as rare as hens teeth but now LEA are making alsorts of excuses , all of them don't wash with us as half of thereexcuses we have already made them aware of ie , Dulcie needs one to one for many activities , hello we know that ! Dulcies condition is more severe than they thought .....hello we told you not to be fooled by how she first comes across ...
What I want to know is how do these people get thses jobs and manage to hold onto them ?????
Right enough ... had to change all my plans as hairdresser off sick , so going tomorrow and another girl doing it for me , scraping lady comming today , Iam picking her up , I am so looking forward to going away for the weekend ! Might of roped myself into taking Rupe and his mates to the airport in the morning / middle of night ! His flight takes off at 07.15 so middle of night getting up ..... I am soooo not a morning person !

Oh Andrea hope your pre pared for the worse up there it seems likely according to Dulcie ( !????) that we are going to have snow ...... its only November I don't do it till Jan , feb and even then don't do it !

Will do that Lou at least it means I don't have to go out tomorrow and I wont be cooking on Friday as I am out with some friends for Christmas get together and meal.

Afternoon everyone. It's freezing cold here and down to -3. I've been everywhere this morning trying to find coats for the girls. Michaela saw a lovely one in Next last week but it wasn't very thick so I think she would have been cold in it plus it wasn't waterproof so I have brought her one that has a fleece inside (She probably wont like it but tough.)
Kayleigh was doubled up in pain this morning so she has been cuddling a hot water bottle all day.
