Morning everyone. I've been AWOL for a few days whilst a friend sorted my computer out. Over the weekend I made a few cards which I will try to put on here later.
I've got to sort some more of the girls room out today so that it is ready for when Michaela comes home next weekend.

Good morning Frances and all who follow beautiful outside today, though cold with a frost this morning. I have woken up with pain in my back again so taking it easy today, got to write out a shopping list for Martin to go shopping for me I am going to have a long soak in the bath.

Hope Michaela has been having a good time Frances, bet you will be glad to see her back though. Look forward to seeing your cards.

Hope your back pain eases soon Jacky. I will be glad to have Michaela back but it's been lovely in the house because there haven't been any really big arguments like there usually are when there is a 3rd child in the mix. She phoned me last night from the side of the road in New Orleans. She was with my parents and sister watching one of 5 Mardi Gras parades for yesterday and because it had come to a standstill she phoned to chat because she was bored. By all acounts she is having a fab time she has been to the zoo, on a paddlesteamer trip up the Mississippi, up to Orange beach (Gulf Shores) had loads of yummy food and seen 15-20 Mardi Gras parades. She says she has collected loads of necklaces and other things that they throw off the floats (too many to bring home).

Right I must go now as the washing machine has finished so that I can put the washing out on the line

Afternoon ladies. Back home now. Washing on and shopping done. Seems very quiet without a 3year old and one year old around! Roy had tidied up the back garden for me while I was away which was very nice! My monthly kit from Little Claire had arrived when I got home so think I might go and have a play.

Glad you enjoyed yourself Sue Enjoy playing. Seems like Michaela is having a whale of a time over there, she might not want to come back again

Good evening ladies been a lovely day here bit chilly to start with and warmed up nice. Hope your back is better Jacky , ive deceided to put some craft things into chrisp boxes and put them on Facebook local has they will be quite heavy. Evening..

Glad today is over... Keith is in bed fast asleep! He didnt sleep very well last night.
He had the procedure done and said it wasnt nice. They wouldnt sedate him with him being on morphine/diazepam/nefopam etc, they did 3 biopsy's and just got to wait now.
I got on with some decorating, but have come to a stop now... some plaster on one of the walls has 'bubbled up' and is cracking. So that needs to be sorted. But another day at it tomorrow, and hopefully most of it will be done.
Its been a lovely day and I have got lots of washing dry.

Aww Karen, big hugs for Keith and you too. I hope he has a good nights sleep tonight and is feeling better in the morning.

My back was a lot better after a soak in the bath but it didn't last very long. Not in great pain like some of you on here, just a nagging ache.
