How this week has flown by. Good morning all. Bit miserable looking out there again this morning, hope it brightens up. Builder here already laying bricks and drinking tea

Well... earlier on our garden was bathed in beautiful sunshine. It has now clouded over and not looking too good... the forecasters say that its going to be the warmest day of the year - think that could be an April Fools joke!
No plans for me today, got plenty to do... but not sure where to start - so think I will have a coffee and decide then!
Wonder if we will see Lou today.. saw on FB that she is after 'a hot young man'
Got to ring Mum's optician... she has a pair of glasses on and I am sure they are old ones! I keep hiding the old ones... somehow she finds them! But ask her where she has put her 'boob' or something else ... and she hasnt got a clue

Morning Karen and Morning Jacky

The week has flown hasn't it Jacky but am glad of the weekend I must admit..... least then I don't have to leave the house if I don't want to! And believe you me this morning I did not want to Cold windy and miserable here... threatening rain so that'll come just about 3.20pm when I have to pick emily up I expect!

And no I didn't find a young hot man to snuggle with... just the grumpy, farting old one I usually have instead!!!!!!

Well I have come to the conclusion Housework is not to be done... especially on a Friday!
Had a look at the Dyson... it is really poorly - checked all the pipes, nothing stuck and have come to the conclusion that the motor has gone.
Just been to put some washing out, and all of a sudden the washing felt very loose... no wonder... the pole had given way and there I am trying to hold the line up and take the washing off with the other hand.
So I cant do anything now. Keith said he is going to bed, which means I cant go and do any cards!
Have done the ironing though... without any incidents!

OMG what a day Karen, bet you thought it was the 13th not the 1st. Hope things got better for you Took a walk down into the village today just because I have been stuck in the house all week with the builder there and it is painful to drive the car. Martin came down and picked me up once I had popped into the shop, and then we went off to Farnborough food shopping.
