Monday
Morning...
Doesnt look quite so good out at the moment, but it is early so will see how the day goes.
Must do a bit of housey stuff today, whip the hoover around and flick the duster!
Then go and see how things are going at Mum's house.
Bailey up early and now fast asleep... typical!
Might not be around much, having problems with my laptop, not sure whether its the charger or the puter itself - so have to wait my turn in using Amy's!
HAve a lovely day xx

Re: Monday
Good morning Karen and all who follow. Beautiful morning here again today but I have woken with a headache. Think it's sinuses again so Martin has just gone down to make me a cuppa. Got to get the washing done today. BBQ was good yesterday, and the guide dog and Callie were so well behaved. Molly just kept out of their way. Sally has, signed the contract on the house so will be moving in 7th Aug. Cuppa here now so will be back later.
Have a great day.
Have a great day.
Re: Monday
Good morning all.
Wendy, it looks a bit dull here as well, but its early yet, but didn't we have marvelous weather at the week end?
Jacky, oh isn't it great when contracts are signed and you are given a moving date. I expect there were big sighs of relief.
Charity shop for me this morning, and am rather glad I don't have an electric clock by the bed, as we had a power cut during the night!!!
Must be off, hope you all enjoy the day

Re: Monday
Morning Karen, Jacky, Marion and all who follow. The sun is trying to coime out so hopefully it will be another lovely day and I can get the bedding washed and dried
Kayleigh had a sleepover at her friends last night and Josh and Michaela are still asleep so the house is lovely and quiet at the moment
Karen I know what it's like to have to wait for the computer. Michaelas lap top is broken so she always takes Joshs to use and then Me Kayleigh and Josh are left to fight over kayleighs.
Jacky that's good news for Sally. Hope the move goes well.
marion enjoy your day
Have a good day whatever you are doing

Re: Monday
The roller coaster ride continues ........ after last weeks lows it is definately getting better again.
The house sale seems to be back on track as our buyers have now resold their house (longer chain but all keen) and they are getting the survey done on ours this week so looks promising - they wouldn't get that done unless they wanted to go ahead with the mortgage!
Sold the rest of the furniture in the large bedroom and made a fair bit of cash. I would have given it away if necessary as it was worth it to get rid of the old kingsized bed and stuff we'd had for 40 years.
Won the free raffle at Crafts-U-Love on Saturday (£25 gift voucher I think - so I'll treat myself to a couple of dies which I refused to buy originally as they were rather expensive)
Good things come in threes!!!!

Re: Monday
Afternoon ladies. seem to have been AWOL a few days! I was reading but somehow never got round to posting - naughty me. Lovely and sunny here today- washing on line, shopping done and signed paperwork at travel agents for next holiday Cyprus in September. Looking forward to it but hope it has cooled down a bit from last weeks temperatures. It was in mid to high 30s!
Just realised only 1 week to go before I post next challenge - must go and have a play!!

Re: Monday
Nice to see so many people posting on here today Hope you are all having a good day. Martin has put my shelf up in my craft room ready for my new printer. I have had a headache in the background all day today, and feel so tired, nearly fell asleep but managed to stay awake or I wouldn't sleep tonight.
Sue, I have just realised that I haven't done my ATCs Will get those done tomorrow but I don't know when Lexie is off to SA. Hope you are enjoying playing with templates Trouble with going to Cyprus is you have to fly and I don't do that or boats

Re: Monday
No not stupid at all I use to love jumping in the car and driving anywhere, I would go all over the country now I only get in to drive it if I really really really have to
Re: Monday
Thank goodness it's not just me! I only drive from necessity now and prefer to use the train for longer journeys. Roy doesn't drive at all - never has done- so can't even get him to take the wheel.
Re: Monday
I only like driving if I know exactly where I am going - have to have a trial journey if I am going somewhere different, and Martin has to be with me As Janet will tell you, he doesn't know where he is going either
Re: Monday
I love driving and if petrol was cheaper I'd go further afield! Miss my old Puma - she was great for whizzing up and down motorways when I was touring round the UK. Thought nothing of driving 200+ miles in a day. Should feel at hom eon the open roads of SA then (automatic gears and petrol half the price!)
