STRESS ME ....???? OH DEAR WHATS ONE MORE THING ?????

Evening girls , well guess what ..... you know they said only had .1% chance of it being breast cancer it is .... Iam so shocked I can't take it in , so won't be going to the states to morrow , have to put new life on hold .Mick has said I can stay in house and his son not happy , everyone shocked about the news ...no one more so than me .i can't stop crying , I know there are people far worse than me but this on top of everything else is just too much ,packers came yesturday and took stuff away fortunetly only up the road .so it will come back here and some stuff will go in craft room and some in garage .I have to back next thursday for a MRI SCAN and then back on the 9th to the breast clinic to see what and when surgery is going to be done .....
All I know at the moment is its grade 1 ( the best to have ) and its very early stages .... but don't worry girls I'll keep you informed of every step !!!
Iam so disapointed about everything but fortunetly Mick is being fairly decent although going to try and charge me rent .....

Sorry to hear that Lexie, just read it on FB. Glad Micky is being decent, unlike his son Hugs and positive thoughts heading your way. Will be thinking of you next week when you go for your scan, stay strong Lexie, you can beat this.

Think at the moment I keep shaking and crying but pretty sure its shock , you know everyone was totally shocked even the gorjuss tall Italian consultant !!! what was nice they put a post it on top of my notes saying will be shocked ... there are some humans left in the NHS after all !the consultant said he just prays he has'nt missed others like mine by not doing a biopsy even if he felt sure there was nothing , so think I MIGHT HAVE HELPED OTHERS IN THE FUTURE ...i WAS SO UN PREPARED AND DID'NT ASK ANY SESIBLE QUESTIONS , i'll think of some write them down and ring the breast care nurse next week ..... check those boobies girls ....

Oh babes, just received a text from Jacky telling me I needed to come on here..... no wonder you are in shock girl..... sending you masses and masses of comforting cuddles and loads and loads of strength and positive vibes.

I know a fair bit about Breast Cancer as I saw my MIL thru it a few years back, she had a mastectomy and is just about to come up to her 5 year free of cancer mark, so please stay positive babe xxx

I was there holding her hand when she had the biopsy, when she was told the news, I took her to the hospital and stayed with her until, during and after the operation, had her to stay for 6 weeks straight from hospital to recover and to make sure she ate well and did her exercises (I was a right task master I can tell you!) and then accompanied her to her first chemo and then radiotherapy sessions. She did extremely well and sailed thru the op and the chemo, the radiotherapy tired her out alot but she remained strong throughout and we have a more special, much closer bond now and always will have.

So YOU can do this. Sounds like you have a good, thorough team at the hospital, take every bit of help they offer you, and when you have a question, no matter how daft it seems, ASK it......

So stressed with my own problems and had to get away for a while so have only just picked up your news. So sorry - sending love, lots of hugs and prayers your way. I've had 3 friends diagnosed this year and they are all OK now after surgery/treatment. Stay positive hun you can beat it. PM me any time!

Thanks girls , you are such a great bunch , still trying to get my head around all thats happaning in my life at moment ... went and stayed with my South African friends last night, spent most of the day with them so supportive unlike some of my other friends...which makes me realise who ya true mates are in times of crisis !Anyway received a letter from hospital and found out what type it is and thats given me a better insight , thank goodness I can ring breast care nurse tuesday morning .....
