Good afternoon ladies
Was a bit busy over the weekend so only managed to pop on briefly to read posts each day. Nice and sunny here today so should have cut the grass this afternoon but instead I went to Crafty Cow I haven't been over there for probably about 10 years so promptly drove straight past the turning Got a couple of bits in the sale but think all the best stuff must have gone this morning - Jacky, did you buy it all and entered the comp for Cricut then managed to spend anothr £40 in the shop and I had promised myself I would be good and not spend much
Re: Good afternoon ladies
Well a BIG thanks to Louie for taking me to the Crafty Cow this afternoon
I cannot believe I spent under 5 pounds in the sale
When Alan saw my goodies and the price of them I got a row
For not getting more
I still can't believe I didn't get loads of those beautiful flowers
Please can I rewind and go back to the sale?
I did spend 20 in the shop though
I got a flower punch, a cuttle bug embossing folder, tan mat and of course some of those wow Westie twisted decoupage sheets
Just had a thought about how to make them myself
Anne, Celie, Wendy and Jim were all there and it was lovely to see them all as well as Anne's shop staff who were all as friendly and pleasant as ever
And the piece de resistance..........I met Beverley and Barry
Thankyou Louie once again
It was a lovely day and yes I am feeling the effects but it was more than worth it

Re: Good afternoon ladies
Oh Karen what have I done?
Temptation is a terrible thing
There are so many lovely things on there too
Woe is you
If you do order anything you could always come on here and confess about everything you ordered
That would help your conscience and also calm our nosiness........ eh I mean curiosity
We all love hearing about, drooling over, the buying of craft goodies

I think it was just after two. I know I left about three as I was sat outside by the box for the cricut comp for a bit chatting.

Re: Good afternoon ladies
What a shame I missed you all - I should have stayed for the day but I think my shopping would have got a little warm in the car I spent £38 in sale and £20 in shop That was because the queue was so long it took ages to pass all the goodies and temptation got the better of me I have made one of the twisted westie papers up - snowflake one. I will have to take a photo and put it on here tomorrow. I also got the donkey and penquin waterfall ones I got those on Friday so I've really overspent lately.

Darn!
PS it was Beverley that bought all the bargains up, from what she told me she got LOADS!!
I did hear Barry comment about her needing a trolley instead of a basket
methinks she was making up for lost time
Oh and she did promise me she would be back on forum soon
