Re: Nearly the weekend
Cats are funny and those clips just sum them up
I used to have the one about the cat flushing the tiolet
That was hilarious
Fortunately for me Jimmy has a very strong bladder!
Unfortunately he also is very terri(er)torial
Though we have noticed lately that a wee robin is sneaking in to the back garden when he is not out
And it is not at all shy about coming near Alan

Re: Nearly the weekend
I was trying to work out why your posting said yesterday and then realised what time it is. I have been doing parchment work all evening, just stopping on here now and then to rest my hand. Doing it for a wedding card
Re: Nearly the weekend
I've done a little but I'm not very patient. I admire anyone who can do it though as results are stunning. Looking forward to seeing a picture Jacky

Re: Nearly the weekend
I haven't done a lot - just had a couple of lessons last year - I put them on my photobucket. If I don't like this one when I have finished I can always make a normal one
Re: Nearly the weekend

I Love em all but the butterfly is gorgeous
well done you

Re: Nearly the weekend
Under Parchment in her PB Jen
They are beautiful
And there is so much work in them
I know this from experience!
I tried it one time
I made a baby's moses basket
I loved it so much that I knew it had to be a fluke and am frightened to try it again
Now Jen, please resist the urge to analyse that
I know the answer already

Re: Nearly the weekend
Good evening everyone, I find I am only able to get onto the forums at the weekend now, I am either so busy of an evening or just so tired
The past week has been a strange one for me, dentist on Monday which was all clear – back in 6 months (in fact I was in & out & back at home well before my appointment time), Tues & Wed I was so exhausted that I was struggling to keep my eyes open and the blood results I had from the dr were all clear. Thurs & Fri I didn’t get home from work much before 6.30pm and today…………………
Well I did a table top sale today & what a waste of time that was. I sold no cards, got no orders & sold just 2 CD’s & 1 video. I did however get to meet a new ‘crafter’ and a possibility of another person interested in the craft club I am doing. So I have decided to go ahead & book our local church hall for an evening.
I know a lot of you aren’t in my area but if you are and will be interested in joining me, please PM me and I can give you the date & venue details. At the mo it will be on the last Wed of each month during the evening.
I am working in the morning and then going to the Range as I have run out of my cartridge for the Xyron & they are cheaper in there than Hobby craft.
However can’t spend too much as I am going up to Birmingham next weekend – can’t wait – and hoping to not only have a good weekend but meet with anyone who is going and has been in contact with me and get some goodies – will let you know how I get on…………sometime after that weekend as I am on holiday & got other things planned but will try & pop in before the end of the week.
Hope everyone is ok & have had a good weekend so far, chat soon

Re: Nearly the weekend
Christine you tired me out just reading all that you get up to!!!
How on earth do you fit it all in?

Weekend almost over
Hi Sadie & everyone else
sorry if i wore you out reading what i have been doing - guess what another busy day today.
Today was the day i was on duty at work so i went in @ 9am and finished just after 1pm – but did get to see a bit of the Remembrance service on the BBC web site (don’t tell the boss though!!!). Had lunch, visited my auntie who is unfortunately in hospital again - she had a fall about 2 week's ago & been in ever since and no news to when she is coming home - we think she needs 24/7 care and have to go into a home.
Tomorrow we have people in to put a new water heater in (which is in my bedroom) so i have been doing a bit of a clear out - well clearing the area as for the clear out................that will be done when putting stuff back as i have got loads of stuff i haven't looked in those draws for months..........no years.
Hoping to get on the forum during the week as don’t' have much planned and off to the NEC at the weekend & on hol for the week.
Chat later
Bye for now

Re: Nearly the weekend
Not a problem Christine, I am sure the others love to hear all about it just as much as I do
You take care now and take time to draw breath
I hope all goes well with your new water heater tomorrow
