Good morning Sunday

Good morning ladies i thought id start off today , been up since five put washer on although im not putting it it outside its way too frosty and it wont dry. So in the dryer it will go. All the carpets are done now we got the attic done friday and its gorgeous. Now we can start relaxing for christmas. I am, going to shop online maybe today for the girls they have picked a few items from argos . Enjoy your day whatever you are doing and hugs to those who need them

only 4 hours so not so bad.
I have asked my son what he wants for Xmas
and all I get is I dont know so I am stuck

The sun is trying to come out today might be warmer than the 1.5C that we had yesterday afternoon when I was out shopping. After two unsuccessful trips I've now bought the little ladies gifts online and they will be delivered Tues The watches from Argos we are picking up this morning, so things are looking much better now. If I'm late with the adult gifts its not as important as the little ones

Morning everyone. It's cold here but at least it's not foggy like yesterday. I've got to go shopping in a while to get some food for the Brownies and Rainbows presentation evening tomorrow. Then hopefully I will be able to finally start my cards

It was a copy of her flight details and she is coming down on the 22nd and staying until the 28th!!!
Elder son has still to confirm his flight details
Right I had better get on and spend some money

Hello ladies gosh what a day, did any of you see the sun and it is not going to get much better over the next few days been lofting it again today, nearly found the Christmas decs and lights, it might be over before I get them out the loft lots of love Janet xx

Getting ready for next week's foray into the loft -our tree usually goes up 1st weekend in December

No idea what mine looks like have never been up there, the hole is at the top of the stairs and as I hate heights Mike goes up there, even my daughter will venture up there but way to near the stairs for me

You wouldnt catch me up there if we were in a house, why did they always put the hatches right at the top of the stairs, got to be a man that thought of that one, Lv Janetx

Your probably right Janet, put my mate who lives over the road hers is actually in her bedroom and all these houses were built around the same time so don't know if someone changed it or it was always like that, but why couldn't mine be there

We have a loft ladder, so Mike will be ok when he comes to see the train set Lv Janetxx

Just told him and he said that's good, no haulling himself up into the roof

Goofternoon ladies at either side of the attic bedroom we have two bob holes full of junk they are wide enough to queeze yourself through one you can stand up in and the other you have to crawl and you come out mucky. I try to get the girls in its safer so i dont get stuck

My brother-in-law was putting the xmas decorations back in the loft about 5 years ago now, when he dropped a bag. My sister climbed the loft ladder to give it to him, missed her footing and fell over the bannister to the bottom of the stairs. I still shudder when I think about it She cracked a couple of bones in her back and was bruised from head to toe. Couldn't move hardly and had to sleep sitting up in an armchair for a couple of weeks. She was so lucky to be alive She couldn't even lift her arm right up to have a drink but could manage with a straw

Wow she was so lucky. They really do put them in the most ridiculous places.

Exactly why I wont go in the roof Jacky can almost see it happening and it frightens the life outta me
