Good morning ladies, first cuppa of the day going down. I hope those of you who are not well are feeling a little better, it just sems to get a grip on someone and then it knocks you back for so long. It is a bit chilly here this morning, and a little damp. We shall be of to Shropshire this morning for a week, I will miss you all, look after yourselves, and take care. lots of warm hugs to you all Janetxxxxx

Morning everyone, its a tad nippy here today but at least the sun is trying to come out I'm off to the opening of a new local craft shop today. The local garden centre bought the Craft Central which was leasing space in the centre and they have their official opening today I haven't bought any craft items since Christmas so I think I deserve a little treat hehe

I think a few garden centres are doing that Jen, realised that craft shops can make money or at least bring in people to the garden centres that might otherwise not visit

Good morning all Lovely crisp day here this morning, got a few jobs to do, cleaning the fridge out of left over food, sorting out the cupboard under the stairs and trying to find homes for everything new I bought some nestabilities from ebay with the money my mum gave me for Christmas and they came yesterday. Only bought them New Years eve Bought the plain large rectangles but after trying them out, think I will go back and get some of the others too Our Craft Central thought someone had bought it and would be opening in the New Year, will have to investigate that too Have a good week Janet, speak to you when you get back

Afternoon all, the sun is out here and blue skys but its still white with frost, not doing a lot today when i had my attack of gout, i tried not to walk on my foot, so was putting the weight (and theres a lot of it) on my left side, well yesterday my back was sore now today its very painfull and going down my leg a bit, so am just going to rest it today got to go back to the docs on Monday Morn, i have been told there are tablets you can take every day to stop the attacks so after 3 i think i need some help.

Glad to say I feel a lot better today but Roy has decided he's got the bug whatever it was! It was still -4 when I popped out to local shops at 10.00. We were going to have a trip out somewhere today, and yesterday and the day before etc etc - maybe tomorrow? or next week?

Well my visitors have gone home...... the are travelling as I type sob sob!

We have had a fab week and are really sorry to see them go... here is a photo of me and Shell on the swings in the local park!!
