Not tired yet?

Going to catch up with Holby - too wide awake for bed. I'm always the same after a creative class.
Shame everyone else is ready for bed or already fast asleep!

I'm never in bed until at least midnight. Missed Holby. Started to watch it and had it set to record but recorder didn't seem to start, and then someone came to speak to Hubby so turned the tv off. When I checked the recorder it hadn't recorded . Will have to watch it on bbc i-player

Had a really good chat with a lady from Oslo on here the other night

I was going to watch Holby too but BBC Iplayer hadn't downloaded it so I'll have to catch up today.
Off to have blood taken ....again. Hopefully the sample won't be compromised or lost or the results lost (that's what's happened on the last three occasions!)

This is the fourth time I've had to fast for 14 hours and I've still 90 minutes on water only to go!

Thinking of you Jane, I do hope they get your blood test done correctly today for you. What is wrong with these people.

At least I've lost a pound with the fasting and as time goes by there's a chance that all this exercise and healthy eating will lower my cholesterol and blood sugars!
