Really Tired Empty Really Tired

Post  topgran Thu Jul 17, 2008 1:18 pm

Morning everyone. I'm feeling really tired Sleep this morning so going to have a lazy day! I went to craft club meeting last night and had 2 cups of coffee there so I'm blaming that for me not sleeping well last night Exclamation Think I had about 3 hours and that wasn't restful cos I was dreaming a lot Mad At the meeting we were making paper flowers with a heart punch and leaf punch. My heart punch is too elongated so my rose looked more like a lily lol! I had a go using someone elses punch and it looked more like a rose but I'm not sure whether I would make a card with them, the samples were very pretty, but it was quite fiddly and I think I had more glue on me than the paper. And I wasn't the only one - one lady stuck herself to her flower. Exclamation

Could be. My bedroom gets very stuffy even with the window open all day. I think it's because I keep the door shut all the time as I won't let the cat in the bedroom. I'd be covered in cat hair if I did - she seems to shed so much no matter how often I brush her!

Its hard to 'switch off' sometimes and not easy to sleep with all these thoughts rushing round in your head.

Ever thought of taking up Yoga? it works for me - breathing and relaxation exercises especially
Since I started all this exercise - swimming, aerobics and aqua - I've been sleeping like a log!

Do you know I am so glad to find out that I am not the only one `out there`, it is awful when you wonder around the house in the depths of the night, and think you are the only one, I started when my son started going out at night and I couldnt rest till I knew he was back, and that was 13 years ago affraid now its anything silly little thing Sad I try the `my toes are going to sleep, my ankles are going to sleep...... but it gets boring Wink Lv Janet xx Really Tired 614846
