May 19th - Starting Weight - 11st 12lbs
7th July - 11st 10lbs - loss 10lbs

I've edited this, anyone notice the deliberate mistake?? I was so excited about my 10lbs weight loss I put in as my weight as well, doh!!

Correct entry - 7th July - 11st 2lbs - loss 10lbs

Well done Anne - Hope you manage to do lots of walking and don't have too many cream teas next week. Have a lovely time. You deserve it.

I'm hoping I will carry one losing weight. We went last year and even though I ate and drank loads I still lost 4lb because of all the walking. Won't be doing so much this year though as OH has a bad knee and one of the dogs has a bad hip!

Quick update - I put on about 5lbs on holiday and I've not really been 'properly' dieting since but I have changed my eating habits and now lost 1st in total. I'm not fussed about losing any more I'll just stick to the healthy eating and if it comes off great, if not that's fine by me (a long as it doesn't go back on) Very Happy

Well done losing a stone Anne. I'm sure 'healthy eating' is the right way to go and should help prevent any relapses.
Too often we go on diets then go back to our old bad habits. The answer is not to diet but to get rid of those bad habits..............for good preferably

The medics always say that the only true way to lose weight is a change of lifestyle rather than a diet and it looks as if that's what you've done. You eat healthier and exercise more, even if it is on the wii he he, and the end result is a leaner healthier Anne who looked great on last Friday's Moovision [what snippet I caught of it he he ].
