Good on you Jen -glad I'm not the only one on here. We had loads at the beginning of the year -I suspect they'll all be back on the 1st January!

I lost 1lb this week. Its weird I'm not really weighing much less, I'm not measuring less yet I am taking a smaller dress size, weird or what ... not complaining about the end result mind he he Smile

Another 2 lbs this week, going well here he he Smile That bike really works ... I've lost 3 ins off my thighs since I've been using it. The rest of me is staying the same measurement but different clothes size like I mentioned last week. But losing some flab off my thighs is a big plus Smile

Well done Jenny - that's great news - you must be delighted.

Having got a severe cough, cold and temperature now this means that any damage done last week has nearly been neutralized! Really can't manage aerobics this afternoon - I'm off for a nap.

Just had a banana and hot water and honey for breakfast/lunch.

he he yes that would be nice, but I think I'll wait until I buy my winter clothes as its quite a nice feeling having clothes that are loose on you rather than squeezing into them Smile

Huge gap since I came clean on here about my weight losses or gains, so I'll try and start to register it regularly again - new year new start he he.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the doctor last night to discover that I had lost 3 lbs over the Christmas period - WoW ! that is a good kick start to the new year he he.
