Good morning Janet and all those that follow.
Didn't manage to get on yesterday was feeling very worse for wear, all self inflicted haven't drunk that much for ages and it totally didn't agree with me. Won't be doing that again Shocked
Nice to see you back Jacky, glad you had a lovely time Smile
Have a lovely picnic today Janet Smile

Where has the last two weeks gone, back to work tomorrow and still have lots of things I want to do. I'll have to save it until I'm off again, got the bank holiday coming up and a few days off in Sept.

Have a good day Smile

Good morning Janet & Di and all who follow. Looking after Sally's two bunnies while she is away on holiday, bought a new hutch with run below it but they didnt use the ramp. I put one of the rabbits in the run hoping the other would want to join her but she didnt so in the end let her down there too. Trying to get them out of the run last night was a nightmare - one very nicely hopped into her carry cage so I could lift her out but the other went in the far corner Shocked Martin suggested a big stick Laughing but I couldn't do that to her she was just frightened Crying or Very sad Eventually she plucked up courage and came towards the door so I could grab her, and I thought I was being so kind getting them a holiday home. Going to open the hatch again this morning and put some greens down the ramp to see if that works Laughing Laughing I did a bit of gardening too and now I have a big red hot patch with a red mark in the middle of it on my shin so not sure if I have been bitten and need antihistamine or if I stabbed it with something trying to get the rabbits in and need antibacterial Rolling Eyes Noticed it last night, looked a little better this morning until I started to walk and it all flared up again Rolling Eyes

Have a lovely picnic Janet, and enjoy your day Di Very Happy

Morning all,

I know I have been absent for a few days but apart from not feeling up to
scratch we also got out and about a bit in my BIL's car, we insured it for
a couple of days and went out for a few excursions. Ady is back at work
today so am trying to deal with the kids and being hardly able to walk is
making it very difficult. I thought my eldest may have chipped in and helped
a bit, but no such luck, so I think her dad will be having words when he gets
home.

Have lost more feeling in my foot and leg, my hubby couldn't believe
that I could have the TENS machine on its highest possible setting
on the back of my leg last night and I hardly twitched, usually he
jumps like anything when he uses it!!

Good news is that the doctors surgery signed all the paperwork for the
Blue Badge so that has been sent off... have had the usual letter back
from the DLA saying it will take 11 weeks to reassess my new circumstances!
Nothing I didn't expect! Surely now they can get it sorted, it would
be nice to afford some mode of transport, even if just a better more
comfy lightweight wheelchair!

I have also had Occupational Therapists out to assess again and they
are delivering some more home aids tomorrow, so they will help. Still
cannot get upstairs which is really starting to annoy me!! Last day I was
upstairs in my house was the 30th July!!! I could really do with a BATH!!!!!!
Strip washing just does not cut it!!

Certainly am feeling more of my happy chirpy self though, I think I had
a fleeting bout of depression and I couldn't shake it for a couple of weeks,
but then you see someone so much worse off and it seems to snap you
out of it, doesn't it?

Di...... no sympathy I am afraid, not if self induced lol!

Jacky.... I can remember when I was about 12 running down my
dads furrows of potato seedlings after my flippin rabbit when she
got out of her hutch, usually about 6am in the morning when it
was raining, she was a right little ****!

Janet... hae a lovely picnic x

Kayleigh... hope your foot is not too bad today x

Karen, Keith and Amy, big hugs for all of ya xxx
