Work and then shopping today yippeee, just got to decide whether I do Icelands or Tescos today

Well it's dark and gloomy here too, so you are not alone ladies! Is there any sunshine out there at the moment? Anyone????? Still we cannot complain after the September we had can we girls?

I have 11 peeps watching my dolls house! Hope its not you lot!!! Had one person off another forum who wanted me to Courier it up to Ipswich! Trouble is I cannot weigh it and as for finding a box that big! No chance!!!! Would cost a fortune as it weighs a tonne! Well, maybe thats an over estimation, but you get my drift right?

Hope anyone who is poorly is getting better.

Lexie... you have my sympathies with your arthritic thumb hun, hope it eases up soon. If it is a swollen joint, try immersing it for 10 seconds in a bowl of cold water, then take it out for 10, then back in for 10.... carry on like this for 10 mins, I guarantee it will help x I was shown this method in hospital, was terrified it would set off my Reynauds but it didn't luckily. If it is just painful and not swollen try warm water to dunk it in x

Got a stinking cold and sore throat. Didn't get much sleep last night and feeling like the weather - gloomy. At work at the moment and the computer has crashed twice (once as I was doing the quiz in my coffee break - would have got 10/10 otherwise)

Think I might as well go home and catch some shut-eye.

Afternoon everyone!

Still waiting for that phone to ring... Keith phoned the hospital yesterday to check transport had been booked, and they cant even guarantee that the op will be carried out next week. The secretary phoned last night and told me they are 'hoping' that the equipment will be there, but would call back today. I did tell her how much pain Keith is in - and stressed that it is understandable that an op has to be cancelled due to an emergency - but should not be cancelled because equipment isnt there. It would be if Elton John or whoever went to the hospital!
Still full of cold here, but dont feel as rough as I was at the beginning of the week.
Not doing much today... keep saying I am saving jobs for when Keith is in hospital - at this rate he will have to stay in 6 months for me to finish all the jobs!!!
We have sunshine today, but it is quite cold.

Afternoon lovelies , been over to Crawley this morning , ran out of me anti wrinkle cream ...... don't feel that it works but makes me feel goog , asked in debenhams if they had any specials no and she walked off I thought stuff you lady your not having my money so went to boots , they have a offer but not till tomorrow , won't have car tomorrow as Rupe is using mine etc , and lady said come in during the next week and you can have the offer , how nice is that !? and I got 700 points and a free little bag ,,,,,, I aso brought Dulcie a sweatop from 'Pineapple ' the trousers looked huge so she'll have to try some on , thats for christmas .Iam organising for Rupes 18th for him to go to Mercades World and drive round the track etc as hes a bit of a petrol head think he'll like that ! you pay extra to get a dvd of it . which is worth it . must dash as I've got rubbish to look through !!!!!! flippin challenge that one is the proper challenge I 've got sorted in my head .....not done but planned ! enjoy rest of day hugs to poorlies xx
