Woeful Wednesday!

Coz I gotta do housework...that's the reason it's woeful wednesday!

I blooming hate the stuff..... thinking about employing a cleaner... I can keep up with the general cleaning but when it comes to pulling sofas out and wiping skirting boards etc I just can't do it anymore! My house needs a really good blitz.... Just wish I could bend like in the old days and get down on my knees without not being able to get back up again! LOL

Can you tell I'm in a bad mood coz my house is untidy.....? Ady is shattered by the time he gets in from work and his kinda 'clean' aint my kinda 'clean' if you know what I mean!!!

What ya all up to today then? Not the same as me I hope! Poor you if you are... do we have any clean freaks out there who want a working holiday by the sea? All board and lodgings provided as long as my house is spic and span by the time you go home!!!!! Now that sounds like a plan!

Morning Lou and all who follow. It's hailing here at the moment and it's coming down the chimney and bouncing on my fire place.

I did all my pulling out of furniture downstairs last week before the men came to do the windows and I did the kids rooms 2 weeks ago (only my room to do now). I've got a huge pile of ironing that I am working my way through at the moment the only trouble is the girls don't have anymore room in their wardrobes and they wont get rid of any of the older clothes as they say they still fit them

At work in the warm now but the Downs were white this morning and had to scrape ice of the car window!

Hug to the poorlies - don't overdo the h*******k. Skirting boards? what are they? Can kneel either but can bend so may do the bathroom ones later to burn of some calories before tonight's weigh-in.

Di brought me in some A4 boxes the other day and I have sorted all my card, so each colour has a box of its own now, me thinks me is getting far too organised.........now if I can only get round to making some actual cards will be well sorted

I'm battling away with a 'never-ending' card. Got the base made and decided to put flowers and butterflies on it using scraps of Bazzil/Coredinations and my Cuttlebug/QuickKutz dies. It's a nightmare putting it all together but will go back and try to finish it after a well earned cuppa.

Hi, I am back but haven't ready any of the chit chat yet to catch up on the news. Love the picture Lou Went shopping first thing this morning as we didnt have anything in the house. I thought my house was tidy but after sorting out the pampered chef orders, and organised the washing it looks like a bomb has hit it Had a lovely time in Amsterdam, unfortunately there is a refuse collecting strike on the day we got there and by the time we left it looked like slum city, such a shame. There was also a big bike race going through the main roads on Saturday so it was very difficult to get from one side to the other as the crowds were lining the roads and it was all cordoned off and rubbish everywhere Well off to catch up with what has been going on in my absence before Martin gets back from work.
