Good morning all,

I hope you are all well and warm, I don't think we have had cold weather like this in a long time, even I'm feeling the cold and I never feel the cold.

Have you all been doing loads of crafting, I have got some really beautiful patterned miri card and it really makes great cards backgrounds.

Alan has been off work yesterday and today as his neck is really stiff and sore to move, he has been taking strong pain killers and I have been rubbing his neck with my cure all Tiger balm, and it's a little better today.

Well I am going to make him some breakie, toasted cheese and ham sandwich with mustard.

Have a great day what ever your doing.

xx

Still got to go and have my shower but feel to cold to venture into the bathroom yet No , the house seems to be taking a long time to warm up today.

Have got to write out my cards today so that I can see how many more I may need and then out this afternoon to the craft group Very Happy Hope everyone has a good day today and the cold isn't getting to you.

Morning, half way through the week - I reckon the days must go quicker in December ;D
Just got back from school and its quite cold out, but not as frosty as it was yesterday. Some of the paths are still a bit iffy!
Must get on with my jobs this morning, so much to do and not enough time to do it in!!!

Have a great day, and take care xx

Morning everyone - just a quick visit as I've got loads to do. Must write all my cards today and got some parcels to pack and post, then a new baby card to make which I should have done on Monday. Don't know where the time goes. On top of that some h*****k before I get the tree out. Must get that up by weekend. Thought I'd made loads of cards - more than I needed but now I'm not so sure as Roy keeps asking for another one, and another one etc etc! Michael's going to have another go at driving his car tonight - so fingers crossed.

Don't think my PO will be doing stamps half price!!! Maybe he was feeling generous Shell!!

Evening all. I've not been on for a few days as I'm all achey and my throat glands have been up. Hopefully I will be better by the weekend as I need to finish the Christmas shopping and then get a birthday present for my daughter as her birthday is Boxing Day.

Have a good evening Smile

Hi Jacky,

It is itchy but not dreadfully.... it was everywhere so i got a bit concerned...

We think it may have been her touching the real christmas tree at school yesterday (as she had a small reaction after scratching her arm yesterday) and this was the only 'new' thing she had touched.

I spoke to NHS Direct and they said it may take a couple of days to go completely... gotta keep her topped up on Piriton and keep a close eye on her

My sister had a really nasty reaction to hyacinth bulbs last year. All her lips swelled up and she had a blister rash all over her arms. She only picked one up and put it in a bag for my mum, but thinks she may have touched her mouth afterwards without realising it because her lips started tingling when she was at the till. It wasn't the first time she had handled the bulbs as she has them in her garden and she doesnt wear gloves for gardening Neutral She is in her 60s.

Nasty....... my dog ate a hyacinth bulb once, the result was not pleasant!

My hubby has a severe reaction to curry...we are not sure which spice....but he gets a rash all over!
