Lovely and sunny here this morning... hope it doesnt get too hot - Amy is on her way to Nottingham to join in with Race for Life today. They start the run at 11.00 ... she is so excited about doing this. All dressed up with her fairy wings and pink tutu!!!

Its very quiet here at the moment... would normally have tv on - but I have lost the remote Searched everywhere... and when I switch it on its very loud!!!!

Good morning Karen, Lexie, Jan and all who follow. Bit overcast here this morning but dry. Had a lovely BBQ at Sally's yesterday and Martin has gone off now on his bike to her house as they are going to the Air Show as she won 2 free tickets. At 4.00 pm she is picking me up to take me for my birthday treat - afternoon tea at Pennyhill Park.

Every weekend - Sat & Sun - in August she is at college all day doing her course for her finals in November besides working full time. I really don't know how she keeps going, she studies so hard.

Glad you enjoyed your day yesterday Jan always a shame about the next morning hangover. Ian was suffering yesterday with the planes going over too He had his leaving do the night before. Hope you have photos of Amy in her outfit Karen - I do admire these people who run, I have never been able to run. Sally is doing a challenge in December, Running - Mountain Biking - and Kayaking, a team of 3, her boss, another man in her office and her Trust her to be chosen Greg is going to do some running training with her (nice they are still friends), Ian is taking her mountain biking, and she has arranged the works social event this year which is dragon boat racing and a BBQ. She has only been there a couple of months and she has made herself known
