Wet Friday !!

Morning...

Its a windy, wet and yukky morning. Just got back from mum's and she was up early again. But fortunately no phone calls in the night. I was shattered and had a good nights sleep.
Amy wanted her brolly this morning, couldnt find it - but dont think it would have been much good as the wind is so strong. My wind chimes are ... chiming madly!!
Not doing much again today, still got a couple of cupboards to sort out - but will leave them till later.

Good morning ladies wet and windy here too, ive nothing planned for today except chill. Ive been out all week doing fitness I have found one which i feel good with its a 50+ aerobics and might do pilates. Hugs to any poorlies and enjoy if you are out for the day.

Good morning (just) ladies Horrible and wet here too but not windy yet. Martin is at golf again this morning so I have been catching up on tv programs recorded when we were away and had a lazy morning Ian & Ruth brought Callie round last night to take her on the field behind our house. She has grown again and it's only just over a week since I saw her last. Think I should have a go at doing my ATCs this afternoon Hope you enjoy yourself cleaning cupboards Karen. If you ever need a holiday come down to my house - I have lots of lovely things you could enjoy yourself doing - ironing, hoovering, cleaning cupboards etc. the list is endless Seriously take it easy when you are not getting enough sleep, you don't want to make yourself ill Glad you are enjoying your exercise OMG I couldn't spell exercise, had several attempts but my mind was a blank and had to resort to the spell checker I even looked at Andreas post and realised she had put fitness so that didn't help Have a lovely time with your friend Janet. Afternoon ladies. Had a quick trip to bank and Po this morning to pay all the bills that are due while I'm away! Got a calligraphy class at 1.00 then a chill till Roy turns up this evening.
Karen could have a few days here too Jacky when she visits you - plenty to do

I know Sue but its gentle for me and i can move onto something a bit faster when im fitter, i must admit it felt a little strange what with them all being older than me and it was fun

Latest craze of exercise is Zooma round here , sort of belly dancing and dancing and everyone raves about it ,I have'nt tried it yet but am planning to ! Gained 2lbs this week , I can only blame steroids ... 3 more days and Iam off them they make you feel yucky after a while and nearly 3 weeks is a while believe me ! BUT chest is alot better still coughing but not as much and not as long !

Never heard of that Lexie you will have to demonstrate it next time we meet up. Glad to hear your chest is a lot better and cough is improving. Molly had a steroid injection yesterday and has antibiotics to take too as she keeps licking her tummy but we can't see anything. The vet thinks she may have had an allergic reaction to something and started licking and she has then made it irritate more. The injection seems to have worked as she hasn't done it all day today, thank goodness

Fortunetly , have'nt got to licking my tummy ( Yet !) but seeeing as how hungrey I get anything is possible ! lol

Its a steroid thing !
