Have been up awhile, had a phone call at 6.00 (which wasnt too bad I suppose... Mum just wanted to know I was ok!
Just watching the amazing live coverage of the miners that are being rescued. Its amazing.
Still dark, and feels cold out as well.
Not sure what I am doing today... sure I can find something.

Good morning Karen and all who follow. Sun not shining here this morning but I have to go shopping this morning. Sally is staying over tonight as she is being picked up Thurs morning by her friend, who lives a few streets away, and off on their holidays. She is going to Budapest for a few days with several friends and then off to Jordan with one of them for a couple of weeks. Her landlady lives in Jordan as Nanny to the prince of Jordan so will meet up with her for a couple of days and she has booked them into a resort by the Black Sea and then just Sal and her friend will go travelling all over Jordan seeing the sights. Good morning Karen , Jacky and all who follow, sun is trying to get out and its a little chilly . Waiting for Virgin man to come out and deliver me my freeview box have deceided to do a package with them, ive already got phone and broadband. Cannot wait for all the new channels we will be able to watch. Hugs to Kayleigh and Emily hope they are feeling better today and hugs to anyone else who needs them.

Morning ladies. Bit chilly here! Well I sat and waited at Michael's yesterday till he came home from work and surprise surprise no parcel delivered. Went back this morning for 7am as had been arranged. At 8am Michael rang me. He'd phoned HDNL and they told him it probably wouldn't be delivered today after all as the girl he spoke to to arrange delivery had put wed 12th instead of wed 13th which was why he got a text yesterday. He pointed out that they hadn't delivered yesterday but all he could get from them was that they didn't THINK it would be today. Aaaagh! So I've come home - if he gets a text I'll go back but otherwise it looks as though I'll have to plan on being there again tomorrow

Well I hope Andrea's Virgin man turns up - bet there isn't many of them around What a nightmare Sue, you would think it would be delivered today as it's Wed and as they didn't deliver it yesterday What a pain. Sally phoned while I was out shopping to ask a big favour - go and pick up her Euros for her and pay for them She can't get out of work as she is expecting someone from Holland who she has to train all day - especially as she isn't there for the rest of the week. I have to go to Farnborough after 12 so it meant I have had to come all the way home from Aldershot past Farnborough and then go back there soon. At least I had a cuppa and put the shopping away

Just rescuing 10th miner... they have just announced that over a BILLION people worldwide are watching the rescue. Everytime a new one reaches the top... I have tears in my eyes when they greet family.
Well I was interuppted this morning ... wanted to get on and plant my strawberries, but my friend came over and had to stop and chat to her (think she might have thought I had lost my marbles if I told her I was harvesting my crops!!!) So Jacky... I am a bit behind today

Dont worry Karen, I planted strawberries today instead of wheat

Good afternoon ladies nope my Vigin man has not turned up yet but to cut a long story short sfter a very annoyed phonecall i made i have not been allocated a time slot which i was told Friday. Apparantly the home delivery service HDNL are out all day from 7 am to 7pm and its on the van and will be here today. I am soo annoyed having to wait in all day, ive had to miss the girls doing cross country race and Greg has his Halloween disco tonight ive asked my friend if she would take him if its not here before Five.

What an emotional day - I keep crying. Watching the Chilian miners and have just watched the documentary on Tom Daley the 16 year old diver from plymouth. What a lovely young man he is. My son looked just like him at that age - same dark colouring and big brown eyes!

Tom's dad is undergoing another round of chemo for his brain tumor and was not at the commonwealth games - the first time he has not witnessed his son in a competition. I watched the 10 metre diving final with bated breath and was in tears again when Tom won the gold medal.

Hope all our poorlies are on the mend

HDNL are the firm supposedly delivering Michaels parcel Andrea. Hope you don't have quite as much hassle as we're having.

Hello everyone , well I 've also been sopping my eyes out watching the miners , did'nt know about Toms dad Jane , thats another sad thing . Iam abit weepy at moment as I've got a sore boob on one my left . it started being sore yestuday and thought I might of laid on it or something but now I've convinced my self its something awful ,it looks bigger than the other one too , so I tried tonight to get a drs appointment but it will be in the morning now , I've got myself in a right state ... speak later x
