We have a bit of blue sky, looks like we had rain in the night.
Not sure what I am doing today - Mum wasnt very well last night, think she is coming down with a cold. Will find out how she is when I go down.
Next doors dog woke me early this morning, its a little yappy thing.

Good morning Karen and all who follow. This morning was meant to be an early start but I didnt set the alarm so are running late. Off to see Mum and then going to Martin's friends housewarming, only for a couple of hours though as we have to get back to see to the rabbits and Molly is staying with a neighbour for the day Besides, if Martin has to drive all the way home from Cheltenham he wont be drinking anyway

Enjoy your day, hope you Mum is ok Karen. My neighbour and Ruth have both got what the dr has said, is a wheeze. They have been given an inhaler and neither of them have had asthma symptoms before. I think it's a virus going round - they should call me Dr. Jacky

'Just to let you know Kayleigh has been back in hospital thats why I havent been on the forum. They still dont know what is wrong with her. Now we are home we dont have internet so can you let everyone know for me. I posted my card off to Pat so she should receive it soon. Hopefully will be back with you all soon.

Had a nice surprise this evening... my friend in Vermont phoned me. Havent spoken to her in ages - usually its birthdays and christmas. We started off as pen friends almost 30 years ago, writing regularly, then emails. But what with one thing and another we havent spoken for awhile... her father hasnt been well and of course I have had Keith not well and Mum. Anyway, we had a nice chat, she has invited us over to see her new 'Lake House' - they havent any children and literally live to work. They built this new house as an investment. It's set in woodland looking onto a lake!
I have seen pictures of the lake, but not yet of the house. So she is going to send some.
Amy really wants to go over... we went when Amy was 15 months old, and obviously cant remember any of it. Would love to go back, but not at the moment.

Oh Karen, what a wonderful opportunity for you - hope you can get there soon
