Morning all.

I had another early morning but hey ho, at least when I am asleep I have a good sound one.

I am ironing this morning. I need to do some more washing but haven't finished the previous lot of ironing yet!!!!

Its feels quite mild here this morning, though I think we had a cold night.
I sold my freezer that I had in the garage the other day, its too big now for just me, and now I want to sort out a few things before the car goes back in, so that might be another job for today.
Who was it that said Sunday is a day of rest?

Afternoon Marion and all who follow. Beautiful sunny day here makes me think I should be making the most of it and be out in the garden! The leaves need raking up but there's still masses on the trees so think I'll leave it a bit longer so I don't have to do it twice. I'm always a bit wary of doing them in case I put my back out like I have in the past.

So I'm going to have a lazy day instead!

cheers cheers cheers I have made a Christmas card this morning. I have messed around for weeks trying to find something I would be happy about and at last I have.

Enjoy your lazy day Sue, I am about to put the roast in as Martin is watching the Grand Prix - then I am going to hang the new curtains for the spare room (Sally's old bedroom) as I bought some lined ones to black out the bright new street light we have. It didn't seem to shine in the bedroom the first two days but now it's like a bright moonlit night out there now. The curtains in there have been up for years anyway Very Happy Got the man coming to fit the blinds downstairs tomorrow but Sally has the day off so I am leaving Martin to sort it as she has suggested we do something together. Don't know what yet but she has to ride her horse in the morning, then coming here to have a shower and change and she has to put the horse away again in the evening so is saves her going all the way back home in between. Seems ages that we did anything on our own and Martin is going out with her and Richard tomorrow night for a talk on some science thing scratch

Marion, hope you get your ironing done and are able to have a rest today.
