Hope its warming up and the snow isn't causing too many problems
Rain forecast for this afternoon and evening and the wind's got up.

Going to wrap the Christmas Pressies later then have a quiet day in for a change.
Had one heavy shower but it only lasted 5 minutes - not a day for going to the shopping centres either and the Chrisymas rush is finally at full peak - they leave it late over here and shops are open to 9.00 most nights now till Christmas Eve and 24 hours shopping next Wednesday (for the men)

Clive's settled down watching the sport so looks like time to make the lunch now. Karen and Sophie popped in for coffee and a chat while Emily was at yet another party. We're looking after the girls for the day next Tuesday and, provided its not delivery day for our stuff, we plan to take them to the cinema, lunch at Hungy Jacks (Burger King) then on to the adventure playground at Noarlunga. http://www.playgroundfinder.com/playground.php?playgroundid=230

Enjoy your weekend - looking forward to SCD final from Blackpool but I'll have to wait at least another 24 hours to see it on YouTube.

Good morning Jane and all who follow Very Happy still in bed at the moment, woke at 6.00 then went back to sleep and Martin woke me at 8.30 with a cuppa. Can't believe I have had so much sleep - can't remember when I last slept through the whole night. Haven't a clue what I am doing today. Hope you enjoy your quiet day Jane.

Morning Jane Jacky and all who follow. After a busy few days I'm having a quiet few minutes before Mark and boys arrive.Spare room has been cleared of crafty overflow and beds made. Difficult to get in craft room now as I've had to hide Christmas presents in there as of course Santa brings presents! So I'm doing this on phone which will explain any typos!

Yes, had a good one - the heavy rain kept us indoor for once so caught up on some of the UKTV programmes I'd recorded - Inspector Linley, Spooks, Midsommer Murders and Law & Order. Also watch the Green Mile film with Tom Hanks. Very lazy day!

Started raining again and lots of lightning too. Never got round to present wrapping but there's stiull plenty of time for that. Off to bed soon to read if the storms don't keep me awake too long.
