No frost this morning, just rain ! I was going to take myself out today but in this weather don't think I will bother. I am sure I can find things at home that need doing.

Jacky isnt it awful having to watch when and what you eat because of going out as I am finding out to my cost now, it is very embarrasing most times I find I am having to judge things a couple of days in advance

Morning ladies. Yes the weather here is the same but I have to go out. I've got Tai chi this morning. Its supposed to be good for me but not convinced yet! Sorry been away a couple of days having problems again with computer not sure whether it's just getting old and creaky (a bit like me ) or whether it's the internet connection but it is beginning to really bug me as it's sooooo slooooow! Might have to look at getting a new one after the hols in February.

Oooooh Tai Chi, I used to do that with friends from the bank after we were taking over by the Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) must admit it didn't last long! LOL

Afternoon ladies. It's dull and miserable here too. Kayleigh had her casts off on Monday but because her feet got hot in them the inner sock stuck to her foot and pulled some skin off so the poor little thing can't have anything on her feet because they are so sore. At the moment we are just bathing them in warm water to try and help because even unperfumed creams sting.

Managed to get on here at last - better late than never (although you lot probably won't agree I can hear you saying "Oh no, she's back") Had my hair done this morning - got the right day this time Don't know why my phone wouldn't load the pages

Made some carrot and coriander soup this morning - 2 lots for the freezer and one for today Was going to do some colouring for a card but it was so dark I had to have the lights on and the colours look different in the electric lights so thought soup-making would be in order. Tai Chi - have never tried it and couldn't imagine it doing anything but so many people do it that there must be something in it. I remember doing something years ago with my neighbours - think it was called Callanetics - the movements were so small that it didn't seem as though you were doing anything but you knew the next day Hope Ady charged your battery and you managed to get out yesterday Lou Marion, I don't blame you for staying in today - I hate weather like this, it was so nice yesterday out in the sunshine although it was cold but you can wrap up. Karen - did the windows get done mine need doing too.

Tai chi is supposed to relax your mind and make you more supple. Trouble is as you have to hold some of the positions it didn't do much yesterday for my "mouseitis" in my right arm. Will try and avoid puter for a bit and just look at stuff on phone.
