Monday
Morning ladies.
We have fog this morning, though after the beautiful day yesterday its to be expected. Though having said that, according to my son in law we should be in for a nice week.
Went to the forest http://www.forestry.gov.uk/highlodge yesterday and had a great time, the children wore themsleves out We then came back here and my son in law did me a couple of jobs in the garden and then I went over to theirs for a meal in the evening.
I also got the tortoise out of hibernation yesterday, she was a bit sleepy but soon had her head out looking around.
Hope you all enjoy the day

Re: Monday
Good morning all. Fog here too this morning and Martin was planning on flying his planes too I was planning to get all the washing done ready for holiday, hope it lifts soon. I have a card to finish too and had better get on with one for Martin too.
Glad you enjoyed your day yesterday Marion, looks good. We had a lovely time with our friends. Although it is almost a year since we met them it just seemed like a few weeks, they are so easy to get on with
Not many people posted yesterday, poor Lou still having problems.

Morning ladies...
Misty start to the day here as well, but hopefully the sun will be out later.
Got some housey stuff to do, and then this afternoon I can get some crafting time in - have got a chap coming to service my Dyson, they told me it would be sometime on Monday afternoon.
Also going to try Daisy out in the big wide world ! We have had her on the lead in the garden, but out on the street, although not busy... its a different thing! Dont think we will get far though.
Keith is waiting for Hospital transport.. going to Nottingham, will be there for most of the day.
Enjoy the day x

Re: Monday
Oh Karen, I do hope it wasn't a cold call you have had to service your Dyson. I have heard there is a scam going on
Good luck with Daisy I have got the washing on and finished the card I was making. Just waiting for Martin to go off so I can work out what I am going to do for his card.

Re: Monday
Afternoon ladies. Had a busy weekend as David came up and poor boy (man!) always gets jobs to do for me. Saturday he broke up a load of old stones to fill in the foxhole under the summer house. Then a trip to B&Q to get some cement to finish it off with and at the same time I took him over to PCWorld to buy me a new printer (so he could carry it!). Came back and he cemented the hole - broke up more stones in case I needed them later. Sunday we went to the dump to dispose of a load of stuff that has been waiting to go for about a year. Today I have yet anothe dentist appointment as the same tooth has broken again - well it's not a tooth it's all filling - not sure what he can do with it as I think it's past redemption. I made the appointment at about 11.30 this morning and I've just had a text from them reminding me. Don't think their system is very sophisticated
Hugs to all the poorlies who need them.
Jacky where are you going for your holiday?

Frimley Martin is going to USA to the space centre for his 65th birthday. Sally, Richard, Ian and Ruth are going with him and I will be looking after Callie.
