Morning!

Lovely sunny but frosty morning here! No snow though. Would be strange going out trick or treating in the snow!
Well battling on with more cards today, Amy has a friend coming over for the day so they will entertain themselves on the wii, while I rope my Mum into helping me with sticking, glueing, and glittering!
We have our pumpkin sitting in the shed at the moment, will give him a makeover tomorrow I think. Also got some 'bunting' to put outside - usually when I am childminding we make scary spiders and ghosty pictures to put on the windows... but none of that this time - dont really think Amy would be interested in doing it this year, although if I had had the children ...she would have

Morning all, very wet start here today but seems to be brightening up but still very cold, even put my heating on last night which is unheard of lol Had a very brief but very noisy and bright electrical storm last night and then the heavens opened and the rain went on all night.
Mike went back to work today after him being off on hols for just over a week and the house seems very quite and empty He will be home for lunch at 1 though

Nice and bright here but still got snow on the grass after last night! Been out in garden this morning taking geranium cuttings- hadn't expected to have to rush and do it yet as they are still flowering.
Done some h*****k as well so feeling quite angelic

I went to a card class this morning, well one of the ones that demonstrate how to make them rather than you join in. It was fun as it was called "secret" cards - ones with some kind of hidden fold or message etc I just have to remember how to do them all now he he.
One more sleep before the show ...... wheeeee so excited ... yup I know I'm sad but its a lovely feeling being in a huge room with people who are interested in the same thing as you are. With plenty of goodies to look at
Pete and I have a routine, we talk our way around first checking out the merchandise and prices ... stop for a little picnic in a corner somewhere ... then work our way back buying what we want at the best price possible That's why I need my wheelchair otherwise I'd be kn*** ed um sorry bushed he he
Hope if you have snow that it hasn't affected your lives too badly, personally I love it but then I don't work and have no time constraints he he. I know they have forecast more today and tomorrow and that we have made history again as its the first time since 1934 that Britain has had snow in October. We are certainly living through some historical events, I think I was born at exactly the right time he he.

I was so glad that I was retired when I looked out of the window this morning as if I'd still been working I'd have been outside scraping snow and ice of car instead of just getting up in the warm!
