Tuesday morning
Morning everyone, bright and frosty here today. I feel much better today so planning to do a bit of card making Martin has gone for a bike ride with Ian, I know they are going around the Seale area. They have been eating and drinking too much over the holidays so are doing a bit of exercise today. Sally has entered for the Fleet half marathon - she goes to the gym quite regularly but is not a runner so she has 12 weeks to get herself in shape Her boyfriend is running with her and as he is in the army he is used to running with heavy weights on his back so I suggested she just hitch a ride We had good news this morning, Martin had a letter telling him it wasn't his car which was caught speeding so that is a weight off his mind
Hope you all have a good day, whatever you are doing

Morning all
Just a quick note to say that I hope you all had a great Christmas and have an even better New Year
I have been able to have a wee look at some of the postings during the festive season and was so happy to see everyone seems to be having a great time
Unfortunately, or fortunately, I have had the family down and have been very busy and haven't had the time to post
I have had a great time with the family and my son and daughter-in-law are still here until tomorrow so I will bid you all the best and will be popping in and out as and when I can
Take care all and I will chat soon once the busy season is past

Re: Tuesday morning
Glad to see you Sadie and that you had a good Christmas. Had a quick trip into Fleet this morning. Very cold! Good job we went early though - queueing to get into carpark when we left at 11.30ish.
Re: Tuesday morning
Evening!
Hope everyone is keeping warm!! Its bitter cold out this evening. Cant see any sign of frost yet, but I bet it will be white over tomorrow morning.
Another busy day with the children, but I am off now for a few days... so plan on catching up on some ironing... otherwise we will be running out of clothes!
Have a lovely evening, see you tomorrow xx

Re: Tuesday morning
Had to dash out this afternoon and rescue the cyclists Ian's chain came off but he had all his new bike tools with him so managed to fix it He fell off a couple of times as he has some new pedals and shoes that clamp onto the pedals so he wasn't used to them but they survived that too Then he got a puncture in his back tyre, had the things to fix it but NO PUMP They weren't too far from home and no-one was hurt so went to pick them up in the car but I did laugh They came back and had a cup of tea and slice of cake. Ian says it's the best cake I have ever made Thanks Jen

Tell him to be careful with those pedals and shoes. That's what Michael was using when he broke his arm - couldn't get his foot off the pedal to save himself!
