Snow day Monday
Good morning all,
I have been watching the snow fall most of the night, I've just had a shower and I'm getting ready to go to mum'sas I have the Dr this morning, Alan drops me off on his way to work.
The snow is really thick here, I love to watch it but hate being in it.
I hope you all had a good weekend and that your all feeling well.
Alan took me to Stamparama yesterday, did any one else go? It wasn't as good as previous years, most stalls are selling the Kanban decoupage range which are beautiful, I brought most of the Little Claire stamps, they are so nice to work with.
I also got from Craftwork Cards 20 8x8 inches cards and envelopes in pink and light brown for £6 which is really cheap.
Well we need to go and fight the blizzard now, take care in the snow and keep warm.

Mroing Mikki, so sorry didnt see your start to the day Hope the visit to the docs went ok. See the snow in London was pretty bad. Stay warm all
Re: Snow day Monday
Morning Mikki & Janet and all who follow Very thick snow here about 6ins and still coming down hard. The road that was clear last night has about 4in on it now Not going out today, just staying in and doing cards. Poor birds will find it difficult to find food as it is even settling on the bird feeders, blocking up the holes Take care everyone and don't venture out unless you absolutely have to
Re: Snow day Monday
Morning!
Well we have had a bit of snow, probably a couple of inches... but looking out the window now - the sky looks full. So looks like there is more on the way.
The children I look after were hoping for a day off school... took them and the school is open!!! Amy has mock exams most of the day, so she has gone to school somewhat nervous.
Hope you are all keeping warm and well... take care

Re: Snow day Monday
Morning all,
We have snow but only a couple of inches overnight,... but there will be more... I can tell!!!
Most of the schools are opne so my munchkins were happy on their school walk this morning... we had a mega snowball fight in the playground (with adults too) and the kids went in looking like mini snowmen!!!!
Stay warm, take care driving and have a lovely day ladies xxx

Re: Snow day Monday
Well I've been outside and cleared some snow off back doorstep and the wall round pond. Put some bird food down and shook snow off feeders. Cleared the step for the cat as she was looking out of the catflap in some bewilderment. Then I heard her yowling and just caught her in time to put her outside before she left me a little parcel in the kitchen doorway. She is now sulking as I've shut her in the utility room. She doesn't have a litter tray and I value my carpet too much to let her have run of house. She's so ungrateful as I cleared the step specially for her!
