Good morning ladies Weather is grey and misty but hopefully like yesterday will improve greatly
Working again today because of Bank Holiday, hope everyone is feeling well today and all the nasty bugs and things are gone or going

Cleaning, I have done more than my fair share of that this week

its lucky Mikes parents only come a few times a year, one spring clean is more than enough for me

Whether they were coming or not Janet it really needed doing Especially the room they use, been using it as a bit of a dumping ground

Never open a cupboard door here or look in any draws anyone coming in it all goes

When I was younger it was carrier bags, if I was clearing up would put all the odds and ends in a carrier bag and it would get stuffed in a cupboard and then when I couldnt get anymore in would have to sort them properly
Blimey some sort of record this morning, washed, dressed and hair done and still got 35 mins till I have to leave

Its, `just pop that in loft` with me, what the eye cant see!! I had 5 hovers up there once that we found when we moved, its old tv now

Should get my daughter round she is a minimalist and will get rid of all of it for you, she hates clutter

Oh gawd, she wouldnt like it here

I'm with you on keeping items, just in case Janet, and like you all cupboards and drawers, under bed on top of wardrobe etc etc spaces are full. When Pete and I got together I then had another source of "storage places" as he has an attic ....... Ah well mustn't be too naughty as he needs to use some of it too he he.

hello all.i am feeling a bit tired today.i went to see joseph at the adelphi theatre yesterday,brilliant show.i was shattered when i got home.

I would love to see that too, don't like going to London too busy for me that's why I like it when these shows come to Woking

I now put the Colour Catcher sheets in that catch the dye whatever i am washing now Lexie, had too many disasters. They work really well.

the adelphi theatre is just accross the road from charing cross station.so you could get off the train and straight to the theatre.

Afternoon sorry was in a grumpy mood this morning, this working lark has knocked my time clock outta kilter me thinks and didnt sleep well last night and then problems with signing on today, just felt like poo., but better now

I love going to the theatre haven't been for years, was either Mamma Mia or The King and I that I saw last and that's best part of 10 years ago
Lexie think we have all been there and done that tis a blinking nuisance but a good excuse to go shopping

Well my blood test did not go according to plan..... the woman who did it was a nightmare bless her.... she mucked up the elastic band thingy they put round your arm and had to start again (after she pricked me) Gonna have a big brooooooooooooze!!!

Not only that but it occured to me after I had it done that it should maybe have been a fasting blood but there was NOTHING mentioned on the slip I was given at my last diabetic check up six months ago.... so I phoned the doctors and she says YES it should have been and we are really sorry and all that guff... so now I have to have my 6 month check up with the wrong bloods and may well have to have them done again next week So that will be 3 tests in 3 weeks I not gonna have none left To make matters worse,..... I ate a crunchie bar after my blood test as I had been sooooo good recently and Shell knew I let myself have some choccy just after my test and she sent me my fave... and now that choccy is gonna show on the next test!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its not fair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just had an embarassing experience with my dad in The Works.... poor cashier didn't know where to put herself! I have been trying to get some double sided tape as I had totally run out... in the works they had packs of 3 (1cm wide) easy tear for 99p a pack, with a nice big sign below saying 2 for a £1... so I picked up 6 packs to pay £3... got it to the till and she says £5.94... I tells her about the special offer and she says no it don't refer to your tape but to the sellotape to the right hand side.... but the sign does not say its sellotape it just says TAPE and it is directly below the double sided and nowhere near the sellotape. My dad was well annoyed and said they was falsely advertising and then he yanks the sign (laminated) off the shelf and ripped it in half (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) How he managed to rip a laminated sheet I'll never know! I nearly died of embarassment and the girl at the counter musta thought he was potty!!!
