Another lovely day - even better cos we all had a good sleep last night!!
Just finished lunch and now making everyone watch C & C!!

Only 2 people on here today I have just got back from our weekend away, wished we could have stayed another night as the weather was just glorious but we were in Pewsey in a field behind a pub and everyone else went home this morning. We stayed until after lunch as it seemed such a shame to waste the weather. The others had to get back as they were on their motorbikes and their wives were at home waiting for them. For the first time in ages I was able to sit outside of the awning reading my book in short sleeves. Martin came in looking like a beetroot, but it soon turned brown the next day. Woke up both mornings with ice all over the awning but by 8 the sun was beaming down and warming us all up

Sorry to hear you are not having a good time in New York Andrea, hope you get home on Tuesday. Martin heard on the radio this morning that some schools will be closed as the teachers cant get back from their holidays and he realised that several of the teachers at his school were going abroad over the Easter holidays.

Lamb hunting is something Mike makes us do every year Karen, nooo not to eat to photograph he must have 1000's of piccies of them now and keeps on about getting one but he doesnt want it to grow up into a sheep

oh and btw Karen Mike isnt Welsh .....................gonna run now and wait in the cupboard under the stairs until Jen sees that comment

oh yes Karen loads of the woolly monsters terrorising their mums and some that if they were human would have ASBOs, some of them are very naughty and anti social keep headbutting the others and annoying the other mums

Good evening ladies , thanks Karen, Jacky. Its still not good here we could be stuck here for months My dad is going to transfer some money into my bank tomorrow bless and we have moved rooms its a bit bigger and booked it till Wednesday , if we do not get out tuesday night we are moving to another hotel with mod cons . My dad has told us to get intouch with the british embassy so will phone them tomorrow and the latest now is the goverment are going to get the navy involved to get back by boat. Shame Andrea , we know so many people stuck in far away places .... did'nt happan to us when we were away 'I'd of loved to have been stuck in South Africa !
