Paying the price for all that h*******k yesterday - and it wasn't even for me. Eventually slept in the spare room as Clive's snoring was unbelievable and I lay awake for 2 hours before moving out to get some peace and quiet.

Another load of washing on the line and some of Iain's towels and bedding finishing off in the dryer. Off for round 2 later after a haircut, shop and maybe 'make and take' and some craft shopping on the way to Horsham.

Well it is absolutely beautiful here, went down the school in a nice summer strappy top! Slept butt naked with the window open last night (not a pretty sight I can tell ya!) but had the best nights kip in a long time, hence being in a chipper mood today! LOL

How are we all today, been in touch with Juli (cosmic fairy) this morning and her daughter still aint got that baby out yet! Come on Latisha we're waiting!!!

Phewwweee... its a hot one already! Just been down to mum's and its so warm. We have all the doors and windows open.
Had a good nights sleep but woke at 5,.00 and that was it... I got up at 5.30.
Just about to do the online shopping for tomorrow. The grass needs cutting AGAIN!!! but will have to wait until it cools off.

Our lawn needs doing too Karen, its growing soooo fast! I am gonna get Ady to leave it till we are just about to go on our holiday and then quickly do it so its not too bad by the time we get back

Good morning all, so glad you are all enjoying this lovely sunshine but ours keeps getting blotted out by the smoke from a fire on the ranges Can't put washing out or go outside as it is choking, I have never had the smoke this bad from the fires before so don't know if it is a particularly big one or because the winds are light. Got all my windows and doors closed

I had a good nights sleep last night, sleeping on top of the covers and Martin didn't snore I sometimes go into Sallys room when he is snoring as I lie there gritting my teeth and getting really annoyed sometimes when I am tired and he is snoring.

Juli must be getting so excited now, hope it comes soon

Afternoon ladies. The nice weather has inspired me to do some sorting out - mainly because I needed to find some summer clothes and to clear off the spare bed in case one of us needed to use it, if it got very warm!

There was a lot of wood smoke here this morning as well Jacky but I doubt if it was the same fire - although I did notice some yesterday lunchtime as well and thought someone must be having a big garden clearout. Interesting though as I used to work for the MOD at Pirbright!

Only spent 2 hours at Iain's and its looking much better now. Perhaps that will give him the puch needed to carry on. I got the loo sparkling and hose for shower - even the front door's had a wash down. His water is so hard that there is a real problem with limescale even if you are meticulous.

Must go and have a shower and dress up a bit. we're off to see my friend Tim Vine tonight. Probably have aching side from laughing as well as aching back from all that work! Will take a Nytol too and look for the earplugs.

Then IMANAGED to speak to the education people about Dulcie , what a waste of time and energy , somone who has never met my child appears to know whats best for her .... Been to a BBQ this evening , just got home will speak tomorrow nite
