Looks grey and overcast this morning, Mike has got the day off so hope it improves a bit

It's grey and overcast here a gain today, but never mind cause it's nearly the weekend and mum is coming home so no more three hour stints at the hospital

Morning Mikki yes I have and I start on Monday Nothing planned at all, thought it was overcast here but on closer inspection it is very foggy so not deciding anything until that has cleared

Its another foggy start to the day... I can only just see the bottom of our garden - think we must have gone into a time wharp (sp?) and back in November!
Not much planned for me today... going to do a bit of hoovering then get on with a card for a friend who's birthday it is next Wednesday.

Morning Jan, Mikki, Karen, Janet and all who follow Foggy here too, but Martin has to go in to work this morning as it's the end of term and there are some presentations and a lunch He was going to go to golf after but has changed his mind as he said it wouldn't be fair on me We haven't done anything together this week apart from the Virginia Water trip on Monday - but I have 8 cards to make and told him I wouldn't mind but he insisted Nevermind it's supposed to be raining tomorrow and he is going to Gatwick to pick up Sally so will have time to do something then, and of course, I have this morning Mikki, glad your Mum is coming out. Mum's bathroom is going very well, only the toilet to move now and he has left that until the last minute, thank goodness Shower area done and tiled, walls painted, and floor prepared for the non-slip covering except for the bit where he has to move the toilet. BIL has got her a new toilet and basin to put in as she wanted white and a chrome towel rail/radiator. Jo got her a new bathroom cabinet for her birthday and Ian & Ruth bought her Jo Malone toiletries etc. She is really enthusiastic about it so lets hope she uses it

Good morning again ladies i managed to drop off eventually then Greg woke me up , foggy start here too was hoping to put last washing out before we go but looks like it will be going in the dryer. Nice to here the poorly mums are on the mend. Ive got my eyebrows and top lip wax at ten then just sorting the suitcase out. Hugs to those who need them and enjoy your day

You lucky you got eyebrows to wax Andrea, mine are so fair doesnt look like I have any
and I keep threatening to steal Mike's eyelashes

I plucked mine to much when I was young now there are none left

Mine aren't smooth, they seem to grow in different directions. Sally has got lovely eyebrows, she lost them when she had chemo but they came back lovely. Shame her hair never really recovered.

After I went back after being off sick
my boss cut my hours, i did lose out
because i was claiming Family Income
Supplement, but with my wages and
job seekers allowance I get roughly the
same now, so when my b***h of a boss,
wants me to take back more hours I am
gonna tell her no, I am so sick of her
messing about with my hours, she is not
a nice person to work for and after being
there for 8 years she showed me no l;oyalty ,
so she will get the same treatment back

Well its dull and grey here but not too cold.....

So far I have hoovered the lounge, thoroughly cleaned the bathroom, put a second load of washing in, put a load in the tumbler, folded the sheets, taken the kids to school...... got back and then unpacked all the Tesco delivery and put it away, now I am on here doing the IMPORTANT things!! Saying helllooooo to my buddies!

I've just done the IMPORTANT thing Lou. Better get the brekkie things put in the dishwasher now that Martin has gone to work. He has done the ironing and booked our holiday this morning while I have been chatting on here
