Wet Thursday

Goodness can't believe that I'm first on here. Has everyone gone AWOL or are you all hibernating as weather is miserable?

Glad to say my hair has been done now so a definite improvement there Just a bit of tidying up for me today and maybe a bit of crafting.

Good afternoon Sue, Janet and all who follow - hopefully What some horrible weather today after the lovely weather we had yesterday. Martin sorted out my clothes line last night but fat chance of using it today. Had the dentist this morning, got there early as I was popping to the shop and thought I would go to the one by the dentist but the rain was chucking it down. Paid for 2 hours to be on the safe side and so glad I did as I had been there almost an hour before I was called in I know I was very early but she was also very late. Then I had the hygienist too. Had to go to the shop on my way home in the end. Going to finish my swap card now. Keep changing my mind on the layout but think I have it now

I am really late today... not had the best of nights or mornings. Mum phoned twice in the night.... just to chat Bright as a button she was. Then this morning she wasnt very happy and said I was making the phone calls up. I know she cant help it, but it is so hard. The Sitter came at 11.00 so instead of getting on with cleaning the kitchen, I sat at home and didnt do a thing! Went back down to Mum's at 3.00 and brought her up to my house. Didnt want her going to sleep, so she 'helped' me clean the cupboards out! At least it kept her awake.
Hoping I have a good nights sleep - trouble is when she phones, I lay awake then wondering if she is ok - I know she is, cos she is wide awake and sounds better 2.00 in the middle of the night than she does 11.00 in the morning!!
We have had thunder and lightening tonight, now raining steadily.
