Post  craftymumof3 Fri Oct 15, 2010 10:31 am

Morning everyone. The car had a very thin layer of ice over it today but luckily the windscreen wipers were able to get rid of it (looks like I need to get a scraper as mine broke last year).

Michaela has gone to school moaning because the other 2 have a teacher training day. I keep saying to her that when the snow comes her school will be closed and theirs wont but she doesn't believe me.

Kayleigh had a bad night so it looks like she will be going back to the doctors again today.

(((HUGS))) to anyone who needs them Smile

Have a good day whatever you are doing Smile

Good morning Frances and all who follow Very Happy Ice affraid Looks like we had a bit of rain overnight and very dull here. Woke up with a stiff neck and earache and feel all blocked up. Dont think my neck was supported properly on the pillow so everything is hurting. Just been down to make a cuppa, and a quick harvest on Farmville now I am going to sit in bed and have my cuppa. Hope Kayleigh gets better soon Frances, hugs to her and all who need one today.

Morning all,

It's dull here today and I have my gorgeous big silver cashmere sweater on....so I is all snuggly!

Funeral went ok yesterday, it was a lovely bright day yesterday... I just hate the fact that whenever I go to that crematorium I totally forget who I am there for and flashback to my nephews cremations Crying or Very sad ...... hence why I ALWAYS cry at cremations at the Chichester Crem Rolling Eyes It's not something I can control.... it could be someone I only met a couple of times and I would still blub.... maybe I need hypnosis! Was nice to see so many family yesterday... it was a really good turn out and the wake was held at my uncle's 'local' and it was nice all getting together...my Aunty Liz held out really well, as did my mum bless her, she was very quiet but after a couple of bacardi and cokes at the pub she livened up and started remembering the good times when they were growing up.

Lexie... hope you are feeling less sore today x Hugs x

Hope Kayleigh gets an appt today Frances, poor kid must be utterly fed up by now x Hugs for her x

Hoipe Keith is perky enough for a trip out Karen xxx Maybe he needs some fresh air x

Oh dear Jacky sounds like you are getting a cold hun, hope it passes soon and doesn't develop into nothing nasty x Hugs Emily woke up sneezing and blocked up this morning so I think she is heading for one too.

Had a phone call from the school yesterday afternoon saying Georgia had injured her ankle in Rugby PE... she was tackled, landed flat on her face and then some numpty trod on her ankle whilst she was flat on the ground! She is a bit bruised and tender round the ankle but she went to school, although walking a bit funny!

Ady was in a grumpy mood this morning, very snappy with me and the girls... even the dog got growled at! affraid So dunno whats up with him.... poor bloke had to spend 3 hours as a flippin lifeguard yesterday.... bearing in mind Mainenance are 2 men down at the moment so he has enough already t do without doing other peeps jobs! Plus he was wearing a sweater cos he mostly works outside.... so he had to sit in the inside heated pool area for 3 hours with a massive sweater on! He was not a happy bunny when he got in... think he may have lost a bit of weight tho! And that definately wont hurt him! Guess I will try and find out whats up at lunchtime..... scratch

Morning Ladies. Had an early Drs appointment and now guess where I am? What a Face This firm is the pits! They reckoned when Michael rang this morning that they had tried to deliver at 9.30 last night - I don't think so! Evil or Very Mad The manager has promised faithfully it will be delivered today Exclamation I do wonder if they sometimes don't try as they have to go round the back of the shops to get to the stairs. Remembered coffee today though! Very Happy

Love it Laughing Laughing Laughing that will put a smile on so many faces when you bomb around on it Very Happy Hope Georgia's ankle is better by the time she comes home tonight.

Sue, can't believe you have to go through that all again, even if they did try to deliver at 9.30 it's not in the delivery slot between 7.00am and 7.00 pm Evil or Very Mad I would be furious. Michael should claim a day's wages from them as say he had taken a day off work to wait in for it.

Karen, hope Keith is well enough to go out, he is probably so fed up by now Sad

I feel a lot better now, used my nose spray to clear sinuses and it all seems good Very Happy

Andrea - take it easy but keep moving around and you will loosen up What a Face not that I would take that advice Laughing
