Good morning ladies. It's Monday again and the kids go back to school today I've got about 6 cards to make for March which I was going to start today but I can't sit for long as I have hurt the lower part of my back somehow.

Good morning Frances and all who follow, hope your back is better soon. Dark and didmol here just like yesterday it threw it down all day and was cold with it. We went to Sheffield to watch our Hayley run , glad it was indoors . Nothing planned for today im not going to areobics has i would have to drag Greg out with me has he has got an inset day today. So i think i will go on the Wii Hugs to any poorlies xx

Good morning Frances, Andrea and all who follow. Very dismal here too, dont think its raining at the moment but it wont be long I am sure. Not sure what I am up to today apart from getting my cards done for March, at least that is the plan Got to give a quick clear up of the craft room before I can do anything again.

Hope your back soon sorts itself out Frances, I dont know what happened to mine either but seems a lot better the last couple of days. Enjoy your Wii Andrea, I must get some exercise again

God morning ladies. I need sun again. Hate this grey dismal weather. Hope your back sorts itself out Frances. Since i slipped a disc in 2007 I have to be very careful what I do as it seems to get out of place very easily now. Off to have my hair cut this afternoon. Going to a new lady that my neighbour recommended so hope it's OK. Will almost certainly need to have it permed again in next couple of weeks though as it will all get cut off

Dark, dismal and cold here today!
Cant believe how cold it is.
Keith got up and had to go back to bed... he has had trouble with his neck. What with all these neck and back problems think I better do some interviewing for a masseur!
Not much on my agenda for today, was going to have a good cleaning up session, but with Keith in bed... think it will get left for another day.
