Thursday
Morning ladies.
It looks like its been raining during the night here but its not at the moment. Why is it that ever since we went on a hosepipe ban its done nothing but rain?
I aren't doing anything interesting or exciting today, well, I don't most days
But I have just phoned the surgery and asked for my own doctor to phone me. I have had loads of tests for this cough and because they all came back A1, they are just saying well, it will clear up soon. Well, after 3 months of it I am getting more and more down every day.
Hope you all have a "reasonable" day

Re: Thursday
morning Marion...
It really has gone on for so long for you. Hope you get somewhere with the Dr, as it really is about time you should be feeling better. I dont think this weather helps, one of Mum's friends phoned me yesterday to apologise for not going to see Mum, but she hadnt been well. She has had 4 lots of anti-b's and still feels rough.
I just have the floor to mop, from last nights rain (and this morning) 8 muddy paws makes quite a mess! It was bright here 6.00am, but now raining heavy.... and I am doing some washing!
Hope everyone has a good day x

Re: Thursday
Good morning Marion and Karen. Not a good day for me today - 5 years since my brother died while on holiday in Switzerland. Keep misting up so can't see what I am writing. Didn't help going on FB and seeing Jo's lovely post and then another from my niece. The family has never been the same since as he was the joker in the family.

Re: Thursday
Thanks Karen - I had a bit of an abrupt finish in my last post. I'm off again now
You should train your dogs to wipe their feet when they come in. We have a doormat - quite large - by our back door which absorbs the wet and dirt the moment you step on it. It's brilliant. The only problem is Molly was always in too much of a hurry to get in from the rain that she jumped over it I had to remember to stand in front of it and stop her jumping.
Hope the doctor comes up with something Marion. I have had a sore/tickly throat for a few months that makes me cough a lot, driving me up the wall too. Don't think antibiotics would do anything for me.
