Well I got some sleep at last so I am a happy bunny, the painkillers are really helping, wish I'd asked for them weeks ago!

Thanks for all the support yesterday, I know I was in a bad place first thing but you all cheered me up xx

Decided to have a lie in this morning woke up just after 6 and thought shall I get up and NO was the resounding answer so dropped of again and managed another couple of hours

Morning Andrea & Sue, just popped on to do the quiz - no plans as yet, don't know what the weathers going to do Was going to go for a walk down the canal but promises of heavy rain or possibly thunderstorm definitely putting me off

Thought I would spend some of my winnings on the quiz and decided to upgrade our campervan

Still fairly bright here -will do the shopping later but still trying to fix this wretched PC and get the latest batch of pictures and scans downloaded.

Health good and slept well last night but anxiety levels rising rapidly

Went for a little walk along the canal just to make sure the towpath which was closed the other week has now opened so that when we do our walk on Tuesday we won't have to take a detour Then went to the canal centre and had a cup of tea Just deciding whether to go down to the south coast where the weather is better

Hope the weather improves for your day off Jan, its a pain when it goes miserable on your one day off. [Makes a note to ask for good weather on Tues as its Ady's day off and Thurs as its Jan's day off] I'm so lucky as I no longer work the weather is of less importance, apart from making my ailments worse when it rains he he.

I'm going to have to do an internet search for places that do organised walks in my area Jacky as I would love to join in that type of thing at least once a week, it would provide some structure in my week too which would be good for me. I knew there were some going on about 5 years ago but I didn't have a car to get to the areas where they met up but I do have transport now, but no idea who was organising them he he

Andrea if I had known you were taking orders for craft shopping in NY I would have sent you my wish list he he Nah just kidding its those Martha Stewart border punches that I have been hankering after for about 5 months or more now and they are still not freely available in this country. I have some on preorder but the date keeps moving further away I'm mean I won't buy punches from the US via the internet as the postal charges negate the cost variance and I don't want one of them enough to pay over £20 for it he he.

Glad you all had a lovely time at the CC yesterday and looks like you will be getting a lot of use out of your scrapbook software Sue I'm not so sure I could have been as restrained myself as I tend to forget my financial limitations once I enter a craft shop he he. I've been doing a lot of stamping and colouring in lately but not made many cards with them. Until last night I seemed to have lost the ability to assemble anything that looked worth keeping, but the ones I made last night I'm quite happy with and will post a photo once the glue has dried properly I prefer to wait 24 hrs before standing up a card which has glued on beads so that they definitely don't slide he he.

Havent been able to get on here all today Puter problems, but Amy mended it (router again!) Also had the children, so we have been busy making chocolate crispy cakes - they... correction we!!! all enjoyed getting in a mess with chocolate.
Can have a lie in tomorrow as they are not getting dropped off until 12.00!!!
Havent decided what we are doing tomorrow.
Been a cold, wet and miserable day today - forecast doesnt look good for the weekend either!

Hi everyone , hope you have all had a good day.I have been out with Dulcie all day, she had to see the 'Head' Doctor at 10, we left home in more than enough time but the traffic was terrible.We spent an hour and twenty in with the Doc,I was exhausted when we came out.We met my best mate and took her mum an Dulcie down to Eastbourne to the marina for blunch, the weather was actually better inland However did manage a Matalan run and got Dollie some shorts and flip flops , plus atankini.Also got myself a few bits for Antigua, good thing with matalan if they fall to bits its no great problem as they don't cost the earth to start with ! then had the boring food shop to do, and came home made dinner and here I am , Dulcie is playing up at the moment am trying my best to ignore her ....not easy Hope every one is ok lexie

Well got some gardening done this morning - potatoes now planted! Then this afternoon decided it was time to strip computer down to basics as it had got so slow and start again. Trouble is it takes so long to get everything reloaded but done it now and it is soooo..... much faster now!

Wish I was clever like you on the computer , Iam useless on the damm thing .Don't laugh I have just joined Facebook so far only one friend , don't think I 'll get many as I don't know what Iam doing half the time .....how will they find me with my married name ????????

I'm sure Jan could give you some advice on facebook and a few others on here are on facebook so I'm sure once they find out you'll have a few more friends added
Matalan's good for picking up cheap summer things like t-shirts and shorts, you don't mind throwing them out after the gone.

I was part time when I had Jakes till he went to school and then work dangled a few carrots to come back full time. What a mistake never have time to do anything these days, but less of the whinging there's people worse off than me
Good luck with Facebook, loads of people are on it at work and some have just started to use Twitter but not sure about this one. Have fun

Sue, you are clever doing things with your computer - I would be frightened I would lose things I want and not get them back again

I make sure I have everything saved onto a separate hard drive before I start as otherwise you do lose everything. It just takes ages then reloading all the software. However I now have a very tidy computer as I have gone through all my old e mails and all my old files and rearranged or deleted them.
