Good evening ladies
What a horrible day it's been, rain, rain and more rain. Got quite a lot done though which is always good
Re: Good evening ladies
I havent got anything done today. We went to Costco for a bit of shopping, looking for Christmas ideas. The Sat Nav we were thinking of getting for son & DIL was more expensive there, as was the camera I was looking at in Jessops Usually everything is cheaper there, could be because it's American and the exchange rate isnt as good Sally came home so we spent a long time looking at her photographs - wow. Then we had fish & chips and she has just gone home - leaving her bunnies for me to look after tonight as they are snug in the shed and she would have had to sort out their hutch for them
Re: Good evening ladies
There must be some really good deals on stuff like that at the moment Jacky, everywhere seems to be having some sort of sale
Re: Good evening ladies
Evening. It's rained all day here too. I went to playgroup this morning then went into town and did a bit of shopping. I just had enough time to get home and put the things away before I had to go out and collect my 3 plus a friends daughter from school. They have all been playing nicely and I took her home at 7.30.
I hope you've all had a great day

Re: Good evening ladies
Worth waiting until Monday Jacky when the VAT goes down I've heard a few complain about CostCo prices going up and up
Re: Good evening ladies
We spent a quiet night last night - drinking and watching a DVD loaned to us by a neighbour - Casino Royale as we didnt get to see it. Not really into James Bond but Sally wants us to go with her to see Quantum Solace so she can point out the bits filmed in her reception at work Apparently it follows on from Casino Royale
Re: Good evening ladies
I love those films, my ex and I used to watch them often but Pete can't stand them so I haven't seen either film yet. I'll have to get the DVDs so that I can watch them on my own one night
Re: Good evening ladies
Can't see all the hype on Daniel Craig, he seems a bit wooden to me, and Jenny I mean as an actor nothing else *rude mind she has*

Doesn't do it for me either Jan Like his eyes though
Re: Good evening ladies
Must be an 'age' thing - DC leaves me cold. I preferred Pierce Brosnan - but I'm probably the only one!

You are not alone Jane, I much prefer him too
Re: Good evening ladies
I have been busy today, bunnies have gone back home so had to clear up everything in the shed and I have now, at last, got 22 cards made in total (not all today ) Feel a bit happier now. Got an engagement card and another birthday card to make - but will do that tomorrow Off to watch the results of X-factor now I think an early night is needed I feel so tired tonight.
Re: Good evening ladies
I prefer Pierce as well, there's just something about Daniel I can't get to grips with, apart from the wooden acting Hated Roger Moore as Bond did like Sean Connery until I heard a few stories about him and it got my back up so he is way down the list. Timothy Dalton well what's to say other other than oh has he been James Bond, not very memorable at all George Lazenby I thought made quite a good Bond to but not many would agree with me on that, but oh well
Good night Jacky
Good night Jacky
