Morning everyone, had a lovely day yesterday - wonderful meal cooked by my DIL's sister - for 9 people. She did extremely well with just about every vegetable you can think of She is a couple of years older than Sally Then we returned home with Ian & DIL and arrived at the same time as Sally & her BF. His parents came a little while later and we spent the evening listening to music and playing the horserace game. Now we are all set to go to Kempton park Just won't be betting thousands of pounds like last night Lovely day here at the moment but a bit on the chilly side so we will wrap up warm.

Lovely sunshine here today, dont know whether its cold or not... havent poked my nose out yet.
Well unfortunately I did over indulge yesterday and paying for it today... so its a lettuce leaf for dinner ! Personally I think it was the 2 Thorntons Dessert chocolates I ate!!!

We all got up late today. Managed to get dressed before midday. Lovely sunny day and more promised for the next 4 days. The walk can wait till tomorrow. More vegging out to do today -bliss.

Trying to time lunch with half-time in the footie! Same again. Quick plate meal with the leftovers and only 3 minutes in the microwave! (just a Vienetta and fresh fruit salad for pud though)

Good afternoon ladies we all had a fab day yesterday ive never know it to go soo quick , just chilling today did not get dressed till nearly twelve has i got new pj's and a warm and fluffy dressing gown . Just had dinner of left over turkey and chips followed by trifle. Hubby has just gone to work so im off in the shower and putting my pj's back on Hope you are all haveing a good day.

Amy got new Tatty Teddy pj's for christmas and has put them on this morning to 'lounge' about in !! She also got a Taddy Teddy latch hook rug... guess who is doing it !!! me Amy is too busy playing on Animal Crossing for Wii. I havent even done a row yet, think it could take quite awhile!

i hope you ladies have all had a great christmas so far

i spent the day at my mums with my 3 kids, and my sis her hubby and her 2 kiddies

mums hubby (grandad mark) who does not do kids at all actually managed to play in the garden with all 5 of them by himself

and after all the festivities i feel like i've got the hangover from hell - even though i didn't touch a drop of alcohol. i think i've picked up the kids bug and spent most of today lying on the sofa and only got up to be sick

but at least it's today and not yesterday!!!

Sorry you're feeling a bit rough Kerry. My husband has had a hacking cough for weeks and today has been sick and very lethargic. Looks like he's really got the flu now (not just a man cold) Packed him off to bed with a warm drink and hot water bottle. My cold went as quickly as it came thankfully.

Morning all I had a brilliant day yesterday at my daughter's home. Played with the two beautiful grandies and their new toys it was one of those days that keeps an everlasting smile on your face whenever you recollect it Pete and I are off to town later, braving the sales mobs, wish us luck he he.

A lot worse -didn't fancy food yesterdayand was sick several times. coughing all night and headachy. Made him a light brunch but he's still in bed feeling really sorry for himself!

Hope your feeling better Kerry it's probably where you have been so busy and now have 5 mins to relax and the bugs have caught up with you and hope hubby is feeling better too Jane

He's up for a couple of hours for a change of scenery. He'll be back to bed later. Both suffering from lack of sleep due tothe coughing

I hate this time of the year -constant sales and soon it'll be holiday adds. At least the sun's shinning!
