Re: Boxing day
Have had a lovely afternoon at Kempton Races and won some money. Don't know if we have broken even though. Waiting for Ian and Ruth to pick up Callie and come back so that we can all have dinner. Hope you have all enjoyed your Christmas.

Re: Boxing day
Turkeys are rather small here so no leftovers for us! (Karen cooked the meal and there was barely enough for them for Boxing Day - tasted wonderful and moist though - fresh and free range!
Had a lovely day and spent the evening with new friends from church. Boxing day was lazy - a bit of gardening and watching TV. Been shopping for a craft chair and small filing cabinet and Clive is putting the large bookcase together later so we can unpack 3 more boxes.
All the exursions of the last few weeks finally caught me up and I slept till after 9.00 this morning. Just doing some general cleaning and tidying and taking it easy for the rest of this week. We have so much stuff there was no need to do the Sales this year. Its a bit dull and cloudy but nice temperature for the next few days so may pop down to the beach for a picnic and swim by the end of the week - will give the new Eskie a try out!
Have a good week all of you and don't eat too much.
