Yes, it IS Wednesday morning (8.30) here. I shall refrain from posting the forecast for today and say instead how good it is that the temperture is rising in the UK - wow, double figures at last!

Heading off to the hills today to cheque out some wineries and maybe a spot of strawberry picking on the way home. Its my turn to cook tonight and I'm doing a lamb, pumpkin, spinach and pasta dish for tonight and a beef, pepper and aubergine bake (bit like Moussaka) for Thursday. I really must remember to call them capsicums and eggplants here - keep getting funny looks in the supermarket when I use the wrong name!

Have a great day everyone - happy crafting and hugs to the poorlies. Hope the visit to the doc went OK Jen - got to have to fit and well for tomorrow's celebrations.

Have fun at the wineries. Are you going to Barossa Valley, we did a tour round there when we went the last time - Sally & Ian thought it was great going in and getting free wine Laughing Laughing It was overcast here today but at least it was warmer, got a load of washing done Very Happy

Your dinners sound yummy, enjoy your day Very Happy

Morning all,

Just popping by tho say hello, tonnes to do today again...

Got to meander into town, take kids to park as they were so well behaved yesterday, they deserve it...just a shame the closest decent park is in town which is a 30 minute walk!

Then I need to go get things for the party!!! Am thinking balloons!! streamers, banners, you name it I want it LOL!!

Then to Iceland for a freezer stock up and into town for other odds and ends! Wish me luck LOL! Don't think the bus will carry it all home!!

Hope any poorlies are getting better..... the weather warming up and drying up is certainly helping me out with my arthritis! I have walked practically normally for about 3 days now LOL!

Good morning everyone,

Jane it sounds like your having a wonderful time, I wish I was there except for the heat.

It grey and wet here today, but then it always rains here in Barnet, but never mind because I'm in doors Smile .

I hope everyone is well today. I just had a look in the gallery section, you are all so clever Ladies, the cards are beautiful.

I am taking it easy as I am determind to go to Make it on Saturday, I will not be able to go to the NEC show in March as it's on the same time we are in Cornwall, so I will have to make the most of Make it Smile .

Thats all from me for now.

Morning ladies Smile I'm just chilling again today, I'll post some photos of the 3 cheat parchment cards I've made this week. Cheat as in I stamped 2 of them first but the lace is made properly he he Smile Only 2 hrs before Glenda's show, its full of demos Smile I'm still buzzing from the enthusiasm and knowledge displayed by Suze and Tim on QVC yesterday, shame they didn't get the chance to demo more but just their ideas had me buzzing like a good one he he. I've asked Pete for a melt-pot for Christmas he he I've already chosen my birthday pressie a selection of inks, distress inks and pads and a koi waterbrush Smile Weee I'm such a lucky girl having or going to have these goodies Smile

You continue the pre-show relaxation Mikki it would be such a shame to miss it. When in March will you be in Cornwall you lucky thing?

Lou hun get Iceland to deliver your goodies rather than carry them yourself, much easier on those aching limbs Smile You make sure you get some rest too along the way so that you can enjoy the party on Saturday too he he.

Enjoy your day all of you Smile Hugs for all Smile
