Good morning ladies.

Yes, the sun is out here, its cold outside but its still a beautiful day.

I have just finished a mountain of ironing, why do we keep putting it off???

Am now heading for the shower, as I have friend popping in this afternoon and don't want to still be in my nighty when they arrive.

Afternoon Marion and all who follow. Lovely sunny day here - got the washing line full! Last week of doing Michael's washing as his machine is being delivered today! Tomorrow he's coming round to paint my bathroom ceiling in return Quiet day for me - Roy has had a dreadful cold so I'm taking fish and chips round to him tonight as he is not up to cooking! Must have been bad as he came home from work early on Thursday and didn't go in yesterday which is very unlike him! And I've been avoiding him as I don't want to catch it!

Sorry to hear Roy has got this cold, lots of people I know seem to have or have had it. Hope he feels better soon. We had a lovely letter from the kennels today and they have taken the cost of the boarding off the bill, also the collection charge which the pets crematorium charged them so we only have to pay for the crematorium. We are going to go along there to pay it and Martin says he will pay the full bill as they have been so good to Molly over the years and took a lot of trouble helping her the last two times she was there.

Good evening girls, sorry been awol again as been a bad few days. I think my arthritis has suddenly realised I had to stop my meds cos they are harming my liver and it has decided to make most of my joints hurt at once! Hence I am not in the most favourable mood! It is not a pretty place, I cannot wait to get into hospital on the 31st for 2 weeks rehab and physio.

Marion hope u had a nice time with ur friend. Sue hope Roy gets over his cold fast. Jacky I would pay the full bill too...peace of mind where your pets are concerned is always worth it x
