Fantastic Friday Empty Fantastic Friday

Sorry you're having such a rough week Lou - sounds horrendous. Hope you get some rest soon and, more importantly, decent pain relief. thought the physio sounded a bit harsh.

Had a morning browsing and buying down at the Westfield shopping centre - memory foam pillows (75% off), cushions, 2 folding beach/picnic chairs and some car cleaning bits and pieces. Off to cool down in the pool before the girls get home from school as its now 31 and still rising about 1 degree every hour until 4.00ish!

Have a fantastic Friday all and stay warm!

Gorgeous piccie Jane!!

Thunderstorms and very wet here all night! Still grey and damp today.

Lou that sounds so painful hope you get some rest at home next week!

Karen hope you get your problems with care home sorted. We've missed you on here.

Jacky enjoy the NEC and don't spend too much lol!

I'm off to try and finish some cards. And just found out who my mystery caller is. I had a message left on wednesday that just said "hello" and number withheld, another call yesterday that went dead and another today- it's from someone wanting to speak to Sky account holder. Well it's not me it's Roy so he's not here 'cos he's at work. Then they asked if I paid the bill- well if I'm not the account holder I wouldn't pay the bill would I?

Fantastic Friday Empty Hi

Post  LoopyLou Fri Nov 04, 2011 2:45 pm

Good morning all, hope you are all ok today. Off home this afternoon. Yipee!! They have been very gentle with me today and I reckon that bloke physio is scared to come close!! I am not THAT scary am I? Hehe maybe I am!

Phone browsing is doing my head in...all text on the forum is tiny so am not able to read exactly what has been happening with all of you. Am gonna have a look at my phone manual when I get home to see if I have inadvertantly changed a setting.

Sending hugs and love to you all xxx

have a good weekend xxx

Glad they released you from the torture Lou Very Happy Sue, glad I was up at the NEC and didn't get the thunderstorms. Just spoke to Ian and they didnt hear any Laughing doesn't mean there wasn't any here though. It was a pretty wet journey home though today. Had a lovely time and spent too much money - managed to get the embossing plate to use the embossing folders in the Grand Caliber and the spellbinders were 4 for £50 on one stall so even Martin thought they were a bargain compared to the other stalls Shocked We got in as soon as it opened as we could walk from the hotel and didn't have to pay the £8 parking fee. There wasn't anything in particular that I hadn't seen before though apart from some new cutting machine, like the cricut but doesn't use cartridges and uses anything you want to get from the computer. I didn't see a demo of it but Martin thought it was good and ONLY £400. Don't know why he didn't buy it while he could and hide it away until Christmas lol! It did all the cake icing too, and printed things apparently. The man was busy talking to someone when I went to have a look so didn't get to see it in action and he didn't seem to have any samples either. Really tired now, kept awake by the fire alarm clicking every 50 seconds (yes, I counted to see if that would help me drop off).
