Sleepy Saturday.

After spending over 4 hours in a busy kitchen serving about 80 lunches and snacks, I'm still pretty tired. Had a long lie-in before doing the weekly shop about 11.00. Loads of bargains today so have filled the fridge and have loads of nice fruit and veggies too. I spent over $120 so I also got a voucher for 12 cents a litre off petrol!

Much cooler now and its tried to rain (supposed to rain for the next 3 days). Hope its not too heavy tomorrow as we are having a picnic lunch with a group of five friends and their families in the Botanical gardens before going on to Karen's for Emily's 6th birthday tea.

Must go and wrap up the pressies now. As well as the homemade goodies above I've got her a French Skipping Jump Rope and a packet of sparklers and poppers (must have bangs and sparkles for your birthday)
