Just how I feel today, the weather is horrible and being car less we are stuck indoors all weekend by the look of it, why does it always seem to be horrible at the weekend or it feels like it lol
Hope at least someone out there is having better weather Smile
Have a good weekend all and take care

Had a long lay in this morning, followed by a big cooked breakfast then watched Spooks on IPlayer.

Just finished my Lace card and French ATCs for this month's swaps. Hope I'm lucky this time.

Only another 3 hours til Strictly and there are a couple of lamb shanks in the slow cooker. Got some nice wine left over from last night to looking forward to a relaxing evening.

Just got some tissue collage backgrounds to prepare for Monday's class then I'm done.

Glad the car gor through Jayne.

What a miserable day here. had the light on nearly all day. Got a beef stew simmering away (with dumplings!) Real comfort food. Have been clearing out the very small bedroom that I use as an office. I've got a new desk coming Monday so need to make space for it. the idea being that I can then use existing one to craft on so that my living/dining room doesn't always look such a mess!

I feel so tired today too. Went to the Craft Fair in Fleet for about half-an-hour, mainly to see what my daughter-in-law was doing. bought a little something for my daughters xmas stocking. Met Daryl too.

On the way home saw another sign for Craft Fair just up the road from us so went to that one too. Beverley & Barrie were there selling their things. Beverley has made some lovely candles using rubber stamps Very Happy I will have to have a go. Hopefully she is getting her computer back soon so have asked her to come back to the forum Very Happy Martin also bought me a silk paper making kit for Christmas. I really wanted to come home and play with it but I had no money so he said he would buy it for Christmas for me Sad Laughing Laughing

Came home and had some lunch, read the papers, and now Martin is watching ther qualifying Grand Prix while I pinch his little laptop. Haven't enough energy to go upstairs to mine Laughing Laughing

The weather was dry but windy here until about 7pm then the rain poured down. I took my two granddaughters up to Castell Coch, a Fairy castle along the Germanic style which is just 2-3 miles from where I live. The eldest has a project to collect as much info as possible about the Celts during this week so we just thought it would be nice for her to see it. The two of them loved it, and to top it off there was a wedding going on and they were able to watch Smile Then we came home, they made some cards, played computer games and printed off loads of research work off the BBC site Smile I am completely whacked but happy as heck Smile I'll chat tomorrow ladies Smile

from my craft budget Laughing
